nice hotel , good location and great staffPosted Jun 8, 2014
Pros: location , staff and breakfast
Cons: a small bar would have been nice
Location: roman forum and trevi fountain within 15min walk. lots of food etc.. within 5 mins
This was our first trip to Rome and feel we found a really good hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and quite small and based in an old building which we liked. The interior is well laid out and reception area is smart. The rooms were maybe a little dated in decor but kept very clean by the staff. Room was standard size for a 3 star city hotel , bathroom was small but had everything we wanted. Shower was always hot if needed which ive found to be a rare in alot of hotels. The free WIFI was very useful and the breakfast buffet was great. There was a very good selection for breakfastand it was a great way to start the day. Very good and the staff at breakfast were always friendly and curtious. The hotel location was great for us , it was between 15 -20 walk to most things. There are lots of coffee shops and resteraunts within 5 mins. More than enough to choose from. At night there was no noise in the hotel it was very quiet despite how close it was to many things. The only thing we caught the metro for was the Vatican and that was a very simple thing to do. The hotel staff were excellent , always willing to help and would greet you with a smile. Overall i think all the staff here were excellent , the location is excellent and the breakfast is a great benefit of this hotel. The rooms were not huge but more than enough for us , i only wish they had a bar to sit and chill at the end of the day.

Excellent hotel in a very central location.Posted Jun 5, 2014
Excellent hotel in a very central location within easy walking distance to many of Roma's attractions. Surrounding area also has very reasonably priced restaurants and bars, making the lack of restaurant/bar facilities within the hotel less of an issue. Staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful especially after our flight home was cancelled due to a wildcat strike by italian baggage handlers.

Good hotel good locationPosted Jun 5, 2014
The hotel was close to Termini and to the colosseum and forum (15 minutes walk). It was on a quiet street that had plenty of restaurants and bars and a fabulous gelateria nearby. Staff were friendly and polite. The rooms were quite small and the soundproofing between them wasn't great but al in all a good base for a busy city break.

Pros: Breakfast was good
Location: Far from everything .
Very small shower. Room was facing a very dirty and loud street. No help from Maximo the receptionist . I paid so much for each night and very disappointed with the choice .

Nice Hotel, close to attractionsPosted May 27, 2014
Pros: Room and facilities were clean and staff very helpful.
Cons: Room could be a bit bigger as the bed took up most of the room.
Location: Hotel is walking distance to some of the major attractions such as the colosseum etc, forum and archaeological sites.
Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were of a very good standard and clean and the room décor was pleasant. Only issue was the double bed took up most of the room but other than that no issues at all. Would recommend this hotel.

Quite hotel in a cute area.Posted May 22, 2014
The only major things I would have to say is the shower is ridiculous. It is way too small and not easy to turn on from the outside to get the temp where you want it to be. The fact that this hotel does not have an iron for your clothes, even in the lobby supervised is kind of crazy. The staff is nice and accommodating, but not personable. I like the small touches of free coffee all day and apples at the front desk. The hotel lacks an outdoor common area but advertises a roof terrace in their sister hotel, which is kind of disappointing. But overall I'd give the hotel a 7 out of a 10.

Wonderful HotelPosted May 12, 2014
This hotel is in a wonderful location, just a 10 minute walk from the Termini, 15 minute walk to the Colosseum, several restaurants nearby. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. We were very pleased with our room 320, though there is no view, it was very quiet so easy to get a good night sleep. We were in a family room, it had a queen in one room and two twins in another room, separate bathroom. The breakfasts was the same everyday, but it was very good. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Nice Hotel with Good LocationPosted May 10, 2014
Pros: The gal who booked the tours was great! The free breakfast was very good.
Location: Coliseum was close, as was Santa Maria Magglore. Pantheon, Trevi Fountain & Spanish Steps were a far hike, but we made it! Vatican is a taxi trip.
We stayed 3 nights. We got lucky & were given 2 rooms - one with 2 twin beds and one with king sized bed. We tried all beds, but the twin beds were not comfortable. The king was fine. Apparently when the weather is cool enough, they don't use the air conditioner. But it was cool enough for us.
