hotel in south Rome
Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Only issue was accessing the hotel, the main entrance is off of the highway. You can access the hotel through a street but will have to walk through a gate, parking there before the gate is not monitored. Good stay overall.

Great for a quick stop.
Very good place for a quick stop while traveling with a car on the autostrat. Like other reviews it is tricky to find the entrance.

Great value stay
Great, friendly check in. Very clean accommodation. Ample free breakfast. Only glitch is that if you are not on Autostrada, finding the hotel and hotel parking are a bit of an adventure.

A grest hotel for budget. Reception was lovely. Only downside is the distance to get transportation. But if cost for a taxi is not a problem then you should be fine.

Nice treat
This was a nice overnight stay whilst we were travelling to Rome. Though it lies near the highway, no traffic could be heard. Ample private parking space available.

Very Nice Hotel, BUT....
This is a very nice hotel. It is clean. Rooms are spacious and very good (a small half-working fridge and the coffee-tea making facilities are useful). Staff are very friendly and welcoming. In general very good value for money. I have also stayed there few months ago with very positive experience. I highly recommend it if you can tolerate/manage the following three issues: (1) The hotel is not easily accessible/found from Frascati or surrounding area. Its main entrance is from the motorway (not practical for local travel). You can access the hotel from a back garden door on foot after parking your car in small isolated area just outside (it was safe for me to park there). (2) If is quite far from Frascati or other populated areas. If you do not have a car, it is not easy to reach public transport. All surrounding roads are not equipped for pedestrians and in some parts you need to be extremely cautious. (3) Breakfast is included and it is fine as a basic to start the day. Don't expect much. I was not happy seeing the cheese is being presented with meat in the same container. Just want to stress that I highly recommend it it if you can tolerate/manage the 3 issues above.

L'indirizzo fornito da Hotels.com è errato. Hotel con unico accesso da area di servizio Frascati est. Se la salti devi uscire dall'autostrada, riprenderla al contrario in direzione sud, uscire alla prima uscita e riprenderla di nuovo al contrario in direzione nord. Stessa cosa devi fare per ritornare in hotel tutte le volte che esci per qualche motivo. L'hotel in compenso è bello, nuovo, pulito, con una colazione ottima e abbondante.

Hotel in posizione strategica per chi vuole fare un pausa nelle lunghe percorrenze, essendo collocato all'interno di una stazione di servizio autostradale. Le camere sono spazione e dotate dei principali confort. Il personale è molto gentile. La colazione è nella norma in cui il dolce prevale. Nel complesso una buona struttura.

Das Hotel ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel schlecht zu erreichen. Nächte Bahnhof ist 7,5 Km entfernt und nur mit Taxi zu erreichen. Ein Weg Taxe kostet 27 €, weil die Taxis über 12 € Anfahrt berechnet. Wir haben ein Auto gemietet. Personal ist freundlich, aber nicht kompetent. Es war nur eine Mitarbeiterin, die sich auch Mühe gegeben hat, um uns zu hilfen. Als wir nach einer Gabel gefragt haben, sollten wir gleich zurückbringen und die Frage nach Salz wurde beantwortet, die Küche ist geschlossen. Für jemanden, der 28 Jahre in Hotellerie gearbeitet hat, ist das eine Ausrede. Frühstück war gut und ausreichen. Anmerkung, die Wurstplatte und Butter waren nicht gekühlt. Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt, auch wenn sie nicht auf dem Boden lagen. Die Halterungen waren wacklig. Ich hatte mir mehr Information uns Pläne an der Rezeption gewünscht.

Struttura tenuta davvero con amore dai propri dipendenti , sempre gentili e cordiali . La nostra camera era spaziosa , luminosa , insomma non mancava nulla , forse da stare più attenti a polvere . Colazione buonissima , sia salata che dolce . Un’oca pecca la posizione della struttura lontana , ma per chi è automunito non ci sono problemi. Se torneremo a Roma sicuramente alloggeremo proprio qui .

Descripciones de atención y ubicación
El hotel se encuentra muy lejos de Roma al menos unos 30 km, lo que no indica en la descripción es que para ir al hotel se debe pagar peaje cada vez para entrar a roma y salir, ya que el hotel está ubicado Justo en el peaje. La atención es buena, pero en el desayuno que el horario era hasta las 9:30 a.m. Son muy rígidos con el horario y ya a la misma hora de cierre empiezan a sacar las cosas de la mesa y a decir que no podemos sacar nada porque están cerrando.

The property is available in the highways. It is quite convenient with the car. Staffs are nice. Parking is available. The breakfast is same all the 4 days of the stay (complete sweet breakfast). And the bath area is quite small.

Leider sind die Zimmer gegen Lärm schlecht isoliert und nur von einer Seit auf der Autobahn erreichbar. Ansonsten war es gut und zu empfehlen.
