Hotel is very basic, you get a bed with clean sheets, clean bathroom, small fridge, amazing superfast wifi, good breakfast (tip on breakfast is to try and be there before 8 am so that you can get the jam or nutella filled croissants before they go!). I think price is a bit steep compared to what you get but location is good and Rome can be quite expensive. I am a bit puzzled though as city tax is meant to be €1 per star, so if this is advertised as a 3 star why do I get charged €2 per night? Also all other hotels in that building are a 2 star.. anyhow, not complaining. Staff are very friendly, always smiley and available to help. Another tip is to avoid single room 401 simply because it faces reception and gets very noisy (plus the doors of your wardrobe bounce every time a guests close their own room door!) Staff was accomodating to change my room to somewhere more quiet.

Ok hotelPosted Nov 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
Firstly the pictures are misrepresentative of the actual hotel. This hotel was sufficient, fairly clean and good for a short stay.

Initially, I had a difficult time finding the Hotel, located, as it is, on the 5th floor of a building occupied by other hotels, with a small sign declaring its presence from the street. Once I got to the hotel itself, though, I was very happy. The staff was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were compact, but seriously, all I was doing there was sleeping anyway, so not a huge deal to me (your mileage may vary). The WiFi was perfect, allowing me to use Skype to conduct all of my business with easy and clarity. The location was awesome since it is a short walk to pretty much any point in the city. The area itself is well traveled and very friendly to foreigners. The breakfast was delicious and the stay, over-all, was great. If I were to point out one issue it would be that the shower lacked adequate pressure, but otherwise I had a great experience and would definitely book there again!

Nice hotel for one night close to the train.Posted Sep 27, 2013
Pros: The staff friendliness, ability to speak English and helpfulness is the best plus of this hotel. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable.
Cons: To really make this hotel good, it would be smart for the owners to combine rooms to make them bigger. Less rooms with more space. Ramps for luggage
Location: Very close to Termini Station.
The staff was excellent. The rooms clean. This hotel would be wonderful for 1 night to be close to the Termini train station. For more than that, no. Too cramped. Elevator a real antique and very small, terrible for luggage, not cool to have stairs to heft luggage over. The staff friendliness, ability to speak English and helpfulness is the best plus of this hotel. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. To really make this hotel good, it would be smart for the owners to combine rooms to make them bigger. Less rooms with more space. Ramps for luggage, larger elevator. Cramped breakfast space as well. This hotel is not in the best neighborhood.

Great locationPosted Sep 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel was in a perfect location. A stone's throw from the train station and an easy walk to a multitude of great eateries. Located on the fourth floor you will need to take the lift unless you carry your bags up but be warned - it is the tiniest lift! So definitely won't fit a lot of luggage and people. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

Helpfull staffPosted Aug 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
We arrived early and left late and the staff were extremely accommodating about leaving our bags in a locked luggage area. Breakfast was good, had the variety to accommodate all of us easily. AIRCON, yes !, efficient and quiet, and a small fridge for keeping drinks cool. Very short walk to Termini. Located on the 5th floor, small lift will not take a lot of bags or people but it was not an issue. Would happily stay again.
