Nice hotel close to the Termini StationPosted Nov 23, 2013
Pros: See above comments
Cons: The breakfast might have some warm items. But otherwise the continental breakfast was excellent.
Location: The location was central to all transportation--taxi, train, metro, buses. You could also walk to any tourist attraction, i.e. the Forum.
The hotel is modern, with wifi, clean and a lovely garden of lemon trees in the centre. The staff were helpful, reliable, and spoke excellent English. The hotel had a very convenient and reasonably priced bar. I would be pleased to recommend the hotel to my friends.

Great locationPosted Sep 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
The beds are comfortable, the room is clean, a little bit small for three person, and the TV is small.

Good, but smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in!Posted Sep 10, 2013
Pros: Cleanliness, location, helpful staff
Cons: I think the room we stayed in should be offered as a single room, not a double.
Location: Termini is only 10 minutes' walk away, where you can get the train, bus or metro to just about anywhere in Rome, including the airport express train.
We were given a ground floor room with sliding doors onto a terrace which had a wicker screen for privacy from the hotel garden. The room was very clean but my goodness, it was small! The "double" bed was much smaller than a standard double, and there was only just enough space to be able to walk around it. The bathroom on the other hand was fantastic - spacious and stylish with a good shower. Being brutal, I think they had converted a storage room into a guestroom. I found it strange that we had been given probably the worst room in the hotel, when there seemed to be very few other guests staying. We didn't ask to change rooms because we're not fussy, we were only there for two nights and we barely spent any time in the room anyway. The room's air con system was excellent. We asked for two extra pillows and were given them, no problem. We asked to leave our luggage until mid-afternoon on the day of check-out, again no problem. WiFi was free and fast. Breakfast was fine (although the coffee machine seemed to put chocolate in everything, no matter which button you pressed!) I would recommend this hotel, but when booking, specify a first floor room or higher!

About the hotel was great option. A great location. Next to the train station and some good restorants. Breakfast was good and the waitress is really friendly.

the single worst hotel I have stayed in in my lifePosted Aug 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
terrible. noisy, stinking, rotting. the breakfast is a joke. I'd rather eat dirt. The train station area is horrible. keep an eye on your belongings - its pickpocket scumbag central. No decent restaurants anywhere around there either

Generally this hotel was good. Good location , very clean and most of the staff were very friendly except one who was very rude.

Close to Roma TerminiPosted Jun 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel is close to the main train station, Roma Termini, which was good if you need quick access to the trains/airport. However, compared to the Spanish Plaza, the neighborhood was much more run down and dirty. We stayed at Hotel Select for one night, only because we wanted to be close to the train station for our early flights. For that purpose, it was a nice place to stay. However, if you are going to stay more than one night, I would look at a different neighborhood.

Great location near the train station.Posted Jun 16, 2013
Pros: Location and garden area for to sit for the continental breakfast.
Location: metro and train station are close making the city sites very accessible.
Loved the location and staff. The only drawback was the wifi did not have a signal strong enough for our room on the 3rd floor.
