It was a perfect stay for our purposes! Everything in good working order, clean space, comfy beds. Loved it! The only thing was that the eggs were always cold at the breakfast, even when they’d just brought new ones. Maybe it’s a cultural thing though? Either way, a small, minute detail that didn’t change the great experience we had!

The front desk person is available 24/7 however it feels like you don't have privacy. For me it was very inconvenient the fact that you have to leave your key with them if you are going out and pick it up every time you came in.

Nice but kinda noisy
While it was a nice, clean hotel in a convenient area, and a fairly new hotel, the noisiness was bothersome. The wall between the bedroom and bathroom must have been incredibly thin, because when someone flushed it sounded like you were in the bathroom with the toilet instead of in the bedroom. Also, noises from the hall came through very loudly. Otherwise, nice place with helpful people. There was a basket of fruit in the room when we checked in, which was a very nice touch.

Had no sperience. We were unable to change rooms or cancel .management less than cooperative.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and they will try to make your stay as comfortable as possible, which is a positive thing. On the other hand, the hotel was quite basic, with very thin walls!! If you have the misfortune to have your room next to a group of teenagers, as I had for a couple of days then don't expect to sleep before midnight... Breakfast was again quite basic. As for location, I wouldn't recommend staying here if you only have a weekend to spend in Rome as it is not close to the city centre and you might not want to spend your time travelling to and back the city centre. You need to take a train and then change with the underground, although it shouldn't take you more than 30-40 mins depending where you are going. For me personally it was ok, as I hadn't spent much time in the hotel.

Nice hotel on the outscirts
Staff is very friendly and rooms okay. Free wifi, acceptable speed (supports VoIP). No facilities in the hotel (no bar, but vending machine) and no restaurant (breakfast provided, kind of boring). Tube station in the vicinity. Nothing worth mentioning in the neighborhood. Hotel surrounded with a few very busy roads. Airport shuttle available on demand (price comparable to regular taxi).

Nice hotel, inconvenient location
This hotel is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood where there are few restaurants, cafes, bars, etc., and therefore few possibilities for evening activities. It is near a train station that connects to the subway system and also near a bus stop. A trip to the central area of Rome requires two buses, but the routes are easy to figure out and very affordable. It is simply inconvenient. The staff were great. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bath was newly renovated. The linens were above average for Italy, except in luxury hotels. Breakfast was adequate and included. There is a fee to connect to the Internet. I was quite comfortable while in the hotel itself, but found getting to and from the interesting parts of Rome to be an inconvenience.

Friendly staff, boring breakfast & noisy elevator
Very friendly staff and decent rooms. Brealfast is a little boring, but with some options, so you won't leave hungry. I had a room next to the elevator, which made a loud humming noise when used. This woke me a couple of times in the night and in the mornings.

Hotel molto comodo per la vicinanza al Gemelli, personale gentile e professionale. Ma la Moquette nel corridoio doveva essere vecchia e c’era un odore terribile, anche le rifiniture della stanza erano vecchie e malandate (porta del bagno e battiscopa in legno tutti scrostati).

O hotel é bom, confortável. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Na hora do café tem apenas uma pessoa e no salão e fica bem corrido. Se você chegar faltando meia hora já não tem algumas opções e também não é reposto. Um pouco longe do centro em torno de 1:00 de ônibus, mas tem estação de trem perto e pontos de ônibus.
