Good location but still lackingPosted Oct 28, 2014
Location: Near Piazza Navona.
The location was great but there were many basic maintenance issues that were left undone. Basic things like extra toilet paper, light bulbs burnt out, shower head not working properly and spraying everywhere, sink not draining... While we were there they fixed the bulb and shower head by taking from another room...hmmm. We had a nice balcony and appreciated that until the cigarette smoke came pouring in from the restaurants below. Bummer.

Great locationPosted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: Room and location were great
Cons: A better breakfast would be a great start, more reliable hot water would be a great finish
Location: The hotel was close to piazza novana, there were many restaurants nearby however all menus were the same and very over priced, close to attractions.
Hotel was lovely however had to carry bags upstairs, hot water stopped working and although we were given access to another room to shower I found it very inconvenient seeing it was on a higher floor and no lift, wasn't restored until late next morning, breakfast was average at best and all cold except for Luke warm coffee, wouldn't stay again

Loved the hotel, even the 67 steps we had to climb to our hotel.

Loved my stay at this hotel!!Posted Aug 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
The service at the hotel was exceptional (helpful stewards and receptionists). I stayed in a single room which was small but sufficient .... downside was that I could hear the sounds from the next room clearly (this has to be fixed). The hotel is very conveniently located near Piazza Navona (within walking distance to most major attractions/ bus stops/ restaurants/ gelaterias) and the neighborhood is very lively till late in the night. The building in which the hotel is located is old and has a wonderful feel to it. I would highly recommend this place (as long as one does not have a problem carrying their luggage up the stairs as there is no lift).

Great Location for TouristsPosted Jul 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel was nice. They bring your ordered breakfast to your room each morning. The staff are all very kind and personable. There are no elevators so be ready to walk the stairs. The room was tiny by American standards but normal for European standards. The shower was very small, and I am not a big guy; it would probably be too small for many people. It is tucked away in a small street which is great to be close to tourist attractions but not have to hear the commotion throughout the evening.

Great stay at Hotel Teatro PacePosted Jun 10, 2014
Pros: Location. Very quiet.
Cons: Lots of choices of the breakfast but the bread and croissants could be better.
Location: Everyting! Best location!
Great location. Staff is really nice. My room was small but clean and comfortable. I was on the 4th floor and there is no lift. Not for every one!

Pros: It's situation
Cons: Nothing at all
Location: Near Piazza Norvona and within easy walking distance of Vatican , colloseo and Pantheon., Fontana di Trevino etc. Take the hop on hop off bus tour.
The hotel building is 400 years old, so don't ex spect a lift if you're an American. Rooms cool, cosy and beds very comfortable. Breakfast when requested in your room, loads of super restaurants nearby and hotel is convenient for all the sights. I couldn't fault it.!!!

Pros: Style and staff.
Location: Next to restaurants, squares and attractions. You are in an amazing part of an amazing city.
I love the part of Rome this is in. Forget the bus, train etc. From here you can walk everywhere in 15 minutes or less. Loved the old world style of the rooms and the particularly polite and obliging staff. One chap Rabih, did a heap for us, ,more than could be expected.
