Great location, large room, good breakfast. Staff had "cold" attitude like old world "stuffiness." Hotel was once grand, now a bit run down. Still, overall good experience.

This is a wonderful hotel that runs like clockwork. And the workers from behind the desk, porters, cleaning, breakfast are wonderful. Not fantsy but a great location. This was the fourth time would return for a fifth.

Excellent hotel
Everything was good the only bad thing about this hotel was that the AC was shoutdown, we asked the people in front and they told us the AC was shut because of the day and weather. Except from that it was an excellent place to stay.

Great central location for touring Rome!
The location was great, breakfast offerings were very good: ample and varied, good food, great service and great coffee. The room was adequate, good bed, tiny bathroom, no view but very quiet! Front desk personnel were wonderful - very friendly and helpful. Lobby was lovely, sophisticated and comfortable.

Hotel Tiziano
I think this hotel is ideal for people on a budget looking to be within walking distance of nearly all there is to see in Rome. The room was not exactly luxurious, and actually was somewhat small. That being said, my wife and I are smaller people who do not not need a palatial room. Room was clean, and we found the hotel staff to be very courteous and professional. Breakfast was very good. Best feature of the hotel is it’s outstanding location. Would recommend as long as guests are ready for a more basic hotel experience.

Great location!
The hotel is in a great location! You have the bus stop on the same block of the hotel. The buses are key and wfor lo take you everywhere. The only problem was the A/C wasn’t strong enough. The ceiling in the room is so high that the air conditioner doesn’t really cool off the room enough. Other than that we had no problems.

Great Location
the location is great, you can walk to everything except Vatican (a bit of a walk). Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps is close by (15 min walk). Colleseum is a 25 min walk which we did. The hotel service is good, and overall condition is not bad. Downside: the water drainage in the shower is terrible, and my group stayed in other hotels and it was the same thing. Could be a Rome issue.

Very convenient
Worked well for a quick trip to Rome - walking distance to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and Trevi fountain. Lots of restaurants in these locations and also at Campo Fiori area which was equally close. Bus stop outside and Taxi rank just down the road. Friendly staff and free Wi-Fi.

AMAZING VIEWS!
The hotel and location were perfect! Away from the crowds and the views are AMAZING! The staff was very helpful in suggesting restaurants. We stayed in a quad and had plenty of room and I could just sit on the balcony all day long and take in the view! Highly recommend hotel!

Great location for seeing the sights of Rome
We arrived before check-in time, and stowed our bags for a quick walk to the Campo del Fiori. When we returned, we asked for a quiet room and were accommodated in a very large room that hadn't been reserved that night; it was, indeed, marvelously quiet. This hotel is on a busy thoroughfare, with sirens and motorcycles whizzing by. The following night, they switched us to a room on the top floor, also lovely -- not as quiet, but not disturbing. It had a tiny terrace, just big enough so we could enjoy some sun and fresh air. The breakfast is fine. The front-desk staff helped us to make dinner reservations a couple of nights. Most importantly, we walked everywhere -- to the Vatican, the Colosseum, the Villa Borghese, Testarvere, Testaccio. All in all, I am looking forward to returning.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location. Good selection of food at the breakfast buffet. Biggest niggle was that room 402 was very hot in April '18 and advertised AC was not switched on. Road very noisy with constant sirens so having the window shut with AC on would have been better. Staff did go out late at night to find a osciliating fan for us to use which was helpful, but not ideal.

Fantastic area for seeing all the sites, a couple of nice local restaurants and a decent lively Irish bar 5 minute walk. The hotel was old fashioned but very clean and staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Perfect central location for ancient Rome
Staff are very fiendly and efficient - more than happy to help with any querie. The reception team have pleasant personalities and treat children very well, chatting and making sure they are enjoying their stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are clean and have all mod cons. The hotel is old but perfectly maintained and full of character, being the former home of the mother of a pope. It is "listed" and has some nice period features. Rooms were very clean, quiet and air conditioned. It is placed centrally on Corso Vittorio Emanuele which gives easy walking access to all the main sights and sites - Pantheon, Campo di Fiori, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. The Vatican and St Peters are a little further afield but all within walking distance of you are fit and well.

The hotel was right in the heart of Rome and all the tourist attractions were a short walk away. The only gripe was that we only had a patio which had no view and overlooked 3 more patios of neighbouring rooms (we were on the 4th floor)
