Not your penzionne in Rome

Posted Dec 19, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: No
Location: See above
This is a modern hotel. Our room was large and spacious. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Termini train station. The neighbourhood is nice with restaurants and shopping (and one museum) nearby. The is a metro station nearby and the Hop on Hop off bus stops nearby. Once you get to know Rome much is within walking distance. We walked back to the hotel from the Vatican in about 30 minutes. There is laundry on site if you are in the middle of a long trip. While the hotel seems to cater to younger travellers, we found it quiet although we visited in December.

Superb modern hotel

Posted Dec 18, 2014
Pros: Its cleanliness and well maintained rooms and facilities. Helpful staff.
Excellent location. Close to Termini station and yet far enough from it as not to be affected by the station's dodgy environment. Facilities (laundry machines, iron n board, microwave, vending machines selling toiletries and drinks, restaurant) available at different levels of the hotel = excuse to explore the hotel.

Solid 3 star hotel with bad beds

Posted Dec 18, 2014
Cons: Certainly the comfort factor
The staff was great, and most everything was right on point with this hotel, except the most crucial point: the beds and pillows are absolutely awful

Posted Dec 16, 2014
Pros:
Cons:

Stayed in November 2014

Posted Dec 15, 2014
Pros: Modernity
Cons: Old cups could have been disposed of, when room was turned over.
Location: Not the closet to the main attraction, everything was about a 20mins, but extremely close to the train station.
Excellent staff and service. Room was extremely clean, and the tv was excellent. The 24 roof garden was a nice touch.

Modern and Immaculate

Posted Dec 14, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness and everything looked brand new
Cons: Loved everything
Location: Very central most tourist attractions can be reached on foot in 15/25 minutes.Hop on Hop off bus stop nearby.
We arrived after midnight and were checked in very quickly. The room was spacious and spotless and had double wardrobes, a fridge and huge firm but very comfortable bed. The bedding was gleaming white and of a very high quality. The black-out curtains were extremely effective and we slept until quite late the following morning and missed breakfast. The bathroom was again a good size and contained a reasonable sized walk in shower which had a fixed shower head and a hand held one. Toiletries consisted of shower cap and body/hair shampoos. The towels were white, thick, fluffy and large. The reception staff were knowledgeable and helpful and directed us to bus stops and cafes and restaurants. The location was brilliant, surrounded by cafes, and gift shops and good eating establishments. 10/15 minutes’ walk and you were at the Coliseum and other attractions. The hotel was super modern and immaculate everywhere. Wifi was free in the rooms and was very efficient. The lifts were semi glass so you looked out onto the atrium as you escalated up to the relevant floor. The hotel did not have a restaurant but you could bring your own food in and eat on the terrace. A microwave and hot water for drinks is provided on floor 3. Vending machines are found on various floors and offer snacks, toiletries alcohol. Good breakfast lots of choice. I would recommend this hotel.

Posted Dec 5, 2014

modernes, sauberes Hotel im Zentrum

Posted Dec 2, 2014
