Great LocationPosted Dec 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
We loved our stay in this flat. Its hard to find a better location, we were within 20 minutes walk from most of the important sightseeing sites. Also the people who ran the flat were extremely sweet and helpful. One warning, you need to pay for the accommodations on arrival, in cash.

Comfortable apartment, great locationPosted Nov 4, 2013
My husband, daughters and I spent 5 days on October at Il Glicine in Trastevere. The apartment was small for 4 adults but comfortable, very clean and with all the features to help us during our stay: washer machine, iron, kitchenette. The location is great, walking distance to historic Rome, Vatican, commercial centre, and surrounded by dozens of restaurants, bars and cafes. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Excellent small apartment in the lively and trendy restaurant enclave of Trastavere. We did not have to use public transport once, walking everywhere - with the longest trek being 25 mins to St. Peter's. Great local food places right on the doorstep, none of which ripped us off. It was handy to have a fridge to keep the beers/ wine cool after a long day sightseeing. We'd definitely stay there again.

A home away from home in RomePosted Jul 28, 2013
Pros: Location and cleanliness.
Cons: Electricity cut out when overloaded (agent had explained this might happen).
Location: Very convenient. We didn't have enough time to explore Trastevere properly but we will return one day!
Our group of four (I, my sister and my two teenage daughters) stayed at the Trastevere 2 apartment for three nights in July 2013. It was just right for us - a short distance away from the main tourist sights but still in a busy, really interesting area of the city. There are two restaurants and a wine bar on the square outside the apartment and there's a supermarket ten minutes walk away. Bus and tram stops are just around the corner. There was a night market along the riverside just a few minutes away. The apartment itself is well-equipped, clean and comfortable. There are two rooms - one bedroom with a big double bed and the other a kitchen/diner/sitting room with a sofa-bed - plus a bathroom. The representative from the agency met us at the apartment when we arrived and explained everything we needed to know. Very helpful.

Cons: nothing really
Location: one of the best locations in Rome
this is an apartment, not a hotel. Fantastic location in one of the best parts of Rome. Simple, comfortable, clean. Fast wi-fi. Very slightly noisy on weekend nights. Great place for a couple.

Comforts of home - Convenient Bohemian locationPosted Mar 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
For my needs I couldn't have chosen better. The apartment is far from plush but was comfortable and fastidiously clean. The location is fab - away from the madding crowds of the Centro Storico but still only 10 min's walk from Campo Fiori and the old Jewish Ghetto with excellent bus and tram connections to other parts of the city. The local area is characterful with a choice of bars and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. I would happily recommend/return here.
