This was our first trip to Italy, and Rome was the first stop. From the moment we arrived (9:30 am) Michele made us feel welcome, offered us cappuccinos and breakfast, even though check-in was not until 11am. He later walked downstairs and showed us where the bus stop, supermarket, and pharmacy were. The room we had was clean and the beds were comfortable. We later traveled to Florence and Venice and we all agreed we had the best experience at Heart of Rome. We will stay here again and highly recommend this place.

The hotel was in a nice quiet neighborhood. I felt safe. Though I would have liked a place that had more restaurants and sites that were close by. It was super easy to get to the metro though. The bathroom and bed was nice. Its a nice place if you don't mind taking the metro to go see the sites and then return to a quiet little place. The restaurant up the street on the corner was delicious though!

We stayed one night only .(Moved on to Florence the next day) The room was very clean, the location is very good , easy to get from the train station. There is a Metro station 7-10 minutes walk from the B&B.
This place has 4 rooms only so you don't get the feeling of big crowded hotels.

The owner, Antonio, was very helpful. We emailed each other even before my flight to Rome. He was open to answer any questions I had about getting to his place. Then, when we checked in, he briefed us how to go around the city. The info he shared all proved to be valuable. We had free wifi. We had a great time. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Spent a lovely few nights in arts & industry.. Room was spotless and comfortable with TV and modern decor, plus was cleaned and beds made everyday.. Marco and Federico were the perfect hosts so helpful and accommodating even surprised me with a cake the morning of my birthday. The area is quiet and has small shops and a bank with cash point just round the corner.. Would definitely stay there again

My girlfriend and I have just returned from 4 nights in Rome where we stayed at the Casa Giada. The location is excellent easy access to the Metro and very close to The Vatican. It is also close to a lot of good bars and restaurants.
It is also really secure, located in a large building set back from the streets. The doors and locks also make it feel very safe to leave belongings whilst out sightseeing etc.
We were greeted upon arrival and given the keys (other than that the accommodation is un-manned)
The room was very clean with a large bathroom both were cleaned daily.

This hotel is in an absolutely excellent location - After arriving in Rome and leaving my luggage in the hotel, I found my way to the Vatican within 20 minutes. As soon as you leave the road, you are either at the beautiful Castle Saint Angelo, or the Piazza Adriana - a beautiful spot for your morning cappuccino. In all honesty, this is not a 5 star hotel, it's economical and you get what you pay for. But if you are in Rome because you simply want to explore Rome, then this place is perfect. If you want luxury, then not so much. The staff are just lovely, and I felt very welcomed when I arrived. I can't recommend this place enough to be honest. Rome has been a dream of mine since I was little, and this sweet little hotel in it's wonderful location with it's lovely staff made the trip that bit sweeter.

Cielo Vaticano Guest House is within 15 minutes of the Vatican. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was clean, and there is a small fridge in the room. They even let us store our luggage while we were out on a tour, and we were taking the train later in the afternoon.
I would personnelly recommend the Cielo Vaticano Guest House, while in Rome.
