Charming hotel in the heart of the RomePosted Aug 12, 2014
Pros: Charming, nicely decorated, although no elevator, rooms are quite, clean and spacious. Staff was sincerely friendly and helpful.
Cons: Would be nice to have small place for light breakfast, and elevator but, this cannot be changed due to the regulations of the city.
Went on a extended week/end just to relax and enjoy in Rome experience, atmosphere and ancient surrounding. Hotel location is excellent for all those who want to walk around and experience mixture of sightseeing spots like Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Poppolo, Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Venezia/Vittorio Emanuele II and Coloseum, but on the other hand want to feel the touch of luxury from Via dei Condotti (near the corner of hotel) and Via del Corso and Via del Babuino. In this area among shops there are plenty of cafe's, restaurants and all elements you need to have authentic Roman experience.

Nice Hotel in a good location.Posted Aug 2, 2014
Pros: Friendly and Helpful Staff Good Location Nice Bathroom
Cons: I think the building is quite old, it's starting to show so could do with being modernised.
Location: Right by the Spanish steps and really easy to access all the tourist sights and transport links.
We stayed at the Inn Spagna for 5 nights in July and had an excellent experience. The staff on the front desk are all very welcoming and friendly and made you feel at home. Our room was a nice size, not too cramped and it was very clean and tidy when we entered. The bathroom was spotless and very pleasant, the shower was quite large and had a nice big shower head which gave good water pressure at all times of the day. The hotel is in a great location for Rome, its about a 1 minute walk to the Spanish steps, and about 5 to the Trevi Fountain. There's loads of restaurants and bars in this area so it's great for grabbing a bite to eat and a drink in the evenings. You do need to get a cab or in our case a bus to go to places like the Vatican or the Colosseum but that wasnt a big issue for us, we used the hop on hop off tour buses and they go to most places you're likely to want to go. There were 2 minor issues I had with our hotel: 1: The air con leaked when turned on, it was only a small amount of water but it meant we had to leave a towel on top of the safe for the water to land on. 2: The door to our room did not feel very secure, when I closed the door I could move the whole door frame. I'm not sure if other rooms where like this but it did cause slight concern. None of these issues had a negative affect on our holiday and we would still recommend this hotel to people. The staff were great!

Great location in the center of Rome!Posted May 26, 2014
Pros: We enjoyed the location and the cleanliness.
Cons: Wi-Fi, customer service, air-conditioning.
We stayed at Inn Spagna for 6 nights and while the location was excellent, the hotel was not what we expected. The hotel is less than a minutes walk from the Spanish Steps and is in walking distance of all the major attractions. The staff was friendly and the hotel was tidy. The only problem was that the wifi would not work, and when we mentioned it to the staff they apologized but did not offer any remedies to the situation. Coming from abroad, we could not use our cell phones because of the expense and were relying on the hotel wifi to stay connected. The lack of help from the staff was really upsetting, especially considering the price of the hotel. Furthermore the air-conditioning in the room that we stayed in did not work. The area is also extremely noisy, especially in the early morning when you are trying to sleep.

Great Location, boutique HotelPosted May 13, 2014
The Hotel has an awesome location and the most helpful and nice staff. The room we had was giant and very nice. The view was ok. The were a coffee maker in the room which was really nice. Not that many amenities and small lobby but the staff is incredibly helpful and speaks English and arranges everything you could need. You get an experience as if you had an apartment in the center of Rome. Wifi in the rooms and USB in the TV was nice.

This place rocks!Posted May 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
Seriously, the staff at this hotel consists of 8-10 of the coolest people you'll ever meet. The rooms aren't huge, but they're totally comfortable. And the centrality of its location is second to none. Great find and a great, great bargain.
