Best Hotel I have ever stayed in.
Posted Jan 17, 2013
Pros: The cleanliness - attentive staff and the food.
Cons: Can't think of any.
The hotel was close in a very nice area - close to the attractions. The food was the best I have ever had - from breakfast to dinner. The staff was excellent. Could not have had a better experience. After this, I would never stay in another hotel !!

Clean and modern. Good location. Free wifi
Posted Jan 16, 2013
Pros: Facilities were modern and clean. Free wifi access was very important and helpful.
Cons: Breakfast was okay but could be improved - I have had much better buffet breakfasts in 5 star hotels especially from the Jumeirah hotels.
Location: Good location - about 10 minutes walking distance from Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain
We had a lovely stay at Jumierah Via Veneto. The hotel was clean, modern and staff were friendly and helpful. Free wifi was also extremely useful to have - research, booking tours, flight information & online check-in etc.

Beautiful hotel close to most sites
Posted Jan 5, 2013
Pros: Location Decor Food Staff Size of room and bathroom
Cons: Due to price per night, breakfast could be included. Other hotels in area offer this.
Location: Close to many popular sites, museums, shopping. Restaurants everywhere! Far, wrt walking, from Vatican City, Colosseum, and piazza Venezia
Hotel is among the best in Via Veneto. We stayed in a deluxe room, which was very comfy and large in size. Modern, beautiful decor with amenities that hard to find in Europe. We walked from hotel to many sites that area alone is worth choosing. It's expensive, however, from nightly stay to 40 dollar breakfast p/p. Breakfast does have ala carte option too. Food is delcious throughout meals. Spa is also a treat especially after long days out walking and being in crowds. Staff is very professional and available to all requests. Every request met. We arrived at 9am and checked in to room!

By far the Best Hotel we have ever stayed at.
Posted Jan 22, 2013
Pros: The staff was always very friendly and very helpful whit everything.
Location: I thought the Location was perfect. it is located walking distance to alot of amazing places.
My husband and I absolutely cannot keep talking about how great the Jumeirah Grand Hotel Via Veneto was. we loved everything about it. The staff was amazing. I even lost my glasses in a cab going on a Tour to Tuscany and we called the Hotel to let them know. They immediately got ahold of the cab driver and and my prescription glasses were in my room when I got back to the Hotel. They even called us right away to let us know that they found them. So that we could enjoy the day and not worry. Food was amazing, service was amazing. Room was very clean and room service was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. A matter a fact if and when we ever return to Rome we will diffidently be booking back at Jumeirah Grand Hotel Via Veneto.

Rome in November 2012

Very nice hotel with friendly and knowledgable customer service! The spa was a wonderful way to end the day after waking and touring Rome. Breakfast was good with enough variety. Down side was the shower was just a small corner of the bathroom with just a shower curtain surround which doesn't contain the spray of the shower very well. Our room was small with interior view which was a little disappointing. Very small downside considering all the amenities. Also there is a lovely rooftop terrace that we were not aware if until we were checking out!

Beautiful..!

This hotel is a fantastic place for sightseeing. The Art Deco style is very well portrayed right throughout the building. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only negative is that drinks are extremely expensive..! I would return without any hesitation.
