Nice hotel... Very modern.... Very cleanPosted May 29, 2014
We had a lovely stay, personally I would have preferred to know I was in Rome, as it was you could have been in any modern hotel. I think it's more a 4* than a 5*, paper cups in room was a bit weird for tea and coffee.... Staff were brilliant.... We went half board for 4 nights, but had a set menu.... Same 3 dishes to choose from every night which was a shame.... Would have been nice to have the main menu even if there was a choice to pay extra... Although the food was lovely. Bar is mega expensive, as is everywhere in Rome.... All in all, a brilliant holiday.

Really enjoyed being here.Posted Apr 3, 2014
Pros: The room quality was superior to saybthe least.
Location: It is a good spot.
It's a superior hotel not far from the train station. Our room had 2 x levels and could have fit a family of 6 with room to spare. Everything was clean, the staff were all friendly and breakfast on the ninth floor was pretty darn good too. The only downer was that our upper floor (with the bed) was stifling. We asked them to turn the heating/cooling off after the first night.

Nice Hotel in great location.Posted Jan 15, 2014
Pros: Staff were really helpful.
Cons: Perhaps have full AC all year round and also provide milk with the tea and coffee.
Location: The hotel is located within walking distance of most of Rome. If you don't mind walking then you can see all of Rome on Foot from the Hotel.
Hotel was nice but the rooms were a little smaller than expected but I guess being in the centre of town is understandable.

Good location to explore Rome fromPosted Nov 12, 2013
Pros: Good location. Good variety for breakfast. The suite offered lots of room to relax at night. The rooftop terrace had good views.
Cons: Maintenance in the rooms is needed. Wifi needs to be available in all rooms.
Location: Close to transportation (Termini, subway and buses). Walkable to major sites (e.g. Trevi Fountain, Colliseum, Spanish Steps).
While we were upgraded when we arrived, the room still had issues with noise (over a pizza place) and had no internet signal. The new room was a recommended room (809) which offered lots of space, some street noise but great wifi service. The room however had several maintenance issues (toilet, noisy a/c and some kind of leak around the tub) which were reported but not fixed during our visit. The breakfast offered a broad variety including hot items. The rooftop offered a great view of Rome, even if the unheated jacuzzi tubs were less inviting than the lounge chairs. The hotel is located close to Termini Station but beware of taxi drivers who want to charge ridiculous rates for the short drive. Many of the top sites are walkable (with good shoes) and there is a subway stop close by as another option along with various main bus routes. Overall, a good place to explore the city from and to come back to relax at night.

I think the hotel room was a bit small, the shower was also very small. The location was good but the peddlers around the hotel not good. The lighting in the room also poor more English speaking TV would be nice.

Amazing hotel and staff in perfect location.Posted Oct 17, 2013
Pros: Everything - staff and food and rooms
Cons: Describe to guests how easy it is from the coach drop off at Termini to hotel as we got ripped off by taxi driver it is r walkable!
Location: On Via Nationale close to everything! We ate at Target which is right out of hotel then 3 roads on left. Ask the concierge it has great food.
From the start the hotel staff were so helpful and the hotel is really trendy. It's all red, chrome and black. The rooms are clean and really quirky and the 9 th floor has a lovely restaurant. It does a sumptuous buffet breakfast and we had a buffet lunch for €15. prosecco was only €3 a glass too, very good value. The roof top bar on the floor above is a great place for go after sightseeing or before dinner for a drink with a view. St. Peter's and other landmarks can be seen and its amazing at sunset.

Amazing hotel!Posted Sep 1, 2013
Pros: The staff mainly
Cons: Check in time could be earlier
Location: Prime location, in the heart of the city. Walking distance everywhere.
It's located in the center of Rome, a walking distance of everything important in the city, from a convenience store to the best restaurants, and obviously the main attractions. The staff is amazing! We fell in love with how attentive, cordial and genuinely willing to help everyone was. The main highlight is the quality of everyone working there. We got great recommendations from the concierge to dine, and they set up our tours for Vatican city and the Colosseum. We enjoyed our stay and next time in Rome we will not think twice where to stay, we highly recommend this great hotel.
