Great place if you're driving to visit Rome

We stayed three nights, and I believe we received an upgrade due to my Marriott Gold Elite status. Very nice hotel! Excellent accommodations! The restaurant was fair, but it was probably not at its best because of low occupancy. The location was easily accessible with my rental car, and the shuttle into the center of Rome was definitely the way to go.

Hôtel au calme, propre et chambres impeccables. Service très correct. Service de shuttle pour aller en ville (très pratique toutes les 2 heures). Concernant le déjeuner, celui-ci n'est pas digne d'un service 4 étoiles, vous avez beaucoup de chose mais le service est à désirer (fromage seché, charcuterie de basse qualité et attende très longue pour vous avoir une omelette!)..... Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour pouvoir accéder au Spa car nous avions un jour férié lors de notre séjour, et malheureusement le spa était fermé tôt la veille et le jour férié !!!!! Ceci n'est pas digne d'un hôtel de renommé... lors de notre réservation, rien n'a été signalé et rien ne le signalait dans l'hôtel. Conclusion nous avons été déçu par cet hotel qui n'est pas au service correct de sa clientèle et perdu un jour!

Friendly staff, remote hotel, and overall no free WiFi in the rooms, which is absolutely not acceptable.

Nicest hotel I have every stayed in.

My wife and myself arrived early and our room was not ready. The staff immediately worked on our room and within 20 minutes it was ready. It was on the 6th floor which was amazing. The view out our window was sensational. The bed was so comfortable. The hairdryer in the bathroom wasn't strong enough for my wife's hair and so I asked for a stronger one. Within 5 minutes a stronger hairdryer appeared at our door. We had breakfast one morning in the lounge and it was delicious. My wife asked for an Irish coffee and the bar man wasn't familiar with this drink so she ordered a different drink. After a while, my wife's Irish coffee appeared. The bar man had researched the Irish coffee, made it and presented it to my wife. She said it was one of the nicest Irish coffees she had every tasted. It was that type of hotel. If it wasn't to hand they made it happen and fast. The hotel was a bit outside of the city centre. However, there was a shuttle bus available at a small fee to the city centre or to the airport. It was always on time and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Tutto molto bello, ho messo pareri positivi su tutto, maaaa l'unica cosa negativa sono stati i prezzi del bar, ma come si può pagare euro 10.50 per un bicchiere di coca cola e un caffè ? Euro 7.50 la coca, 3 euro il caffè. Esagerati non aggiungo altro.

Comfortable stay with hidden charges

We only stayed one night but had all the comforts of home. Staff is polite, hotel was very clean and the breakfast was wonderful. I was a little disappointed with the additional hidden charges.When you park your own car, you still get charged for parking. Internet is also charged. Extra expense was 48 euro.
