Fantastic Central locationPosted Oct 7, 2013
Pros: Comfortable and clean room. High speed wifi. Generous breakfast. Central location.
Cons: The accommodation is to be paid in cash which could be inconvenient for travellers.
Location: Close to Rome termini station which allows access to the Metro and Train lines. An easy walk to the Colesseum.
I had a lovely experience staying at this accommodation. It was very simple to find, only a short walk from Rome Termini. The accommodation appears family run and the mother is absolutely lovely, welcoming me like a family member. Breakfast is nice though a little on the too sweet side but very generous. I would definitely recommend.

simple but nice hotelPosted Sep 17, 2013
Cons: hopefully they will have somebody to bring up and down the luggages (bellboy)-- lift is so tiny the old system but cute
this hotel is family owned but i like it as it is still very italian, the owner did actually did not charge me extra fee when they accidentaly gave me a double room instead of a SR, lovely from her. The room is very clean and neat, although the building is old, it brings out the real Rome and it has a facade and italian neighbours who actually live there. great pizzeria places within the area..

Great for couplesPosted Aug 16, 2013
Pros: Handy for train station
Cons: Private apartments mixed in with hotel rooms
Hotel was nice, the room, though small was well equipped and had a wonderful air con unit. It is a five minute walk from Central Termini station and the subway. It takes about a half hour to walk to the coliseum etc... Breakfast was quite nice and the family who run the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Great family run hotel which gave good value. Friendly service and we would stay here again. The only negative we can say is that the area outside your room can be a little noisy due to the tiles.

Great location next to Termini Station where you can catch a bus to the airport. Our room was spacious and the staff was friendly. The only bad thing would be the breakfast which included just sweet things and it was really hard to find anything proper to eat but at least you get your morning coffee.

Great central hotel and good value.Posted May 21, 2013
Pros: Nice breakfast buffet
Cons: Not enough coat-hangers in the wardrobe!
Location: Right by the main railway station and the Church of Santa Maria Magiore.
This is a family-run hotel and they all made us feel very welcome. One couple in our party wanted to change rooms for one with a better view and they did this willingly. The rooms are very clean It is in a very centrallocation, with everything within a couple of miles, so easily walkable.

Rome for 2 daysPosted Apr 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
Rome was our last stop in Italy and we needed a good location for the train and to walk the city. M&G provided both these opportunities. The rooms are clean and the B&B very well kept. It is a family-run outfit and it is a very helpful and pleasant family! Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel for everyone!Posted Apr 20, 2013
Pros: Location, friendliness/helpfulness of the staff
Location: Very good, near Termini, in walking distance for all attractions apart from the Vatican which is a 15 min bus ride on the number 40 express.
Great family run place, Loredana is lovely and very helpful. Nice buffet breakfast, clean room, good shower, comfy beds, good location (near Termini and lots of lovely restaurants) - what more can you ask for?! Would definitely return.
