Awesome!

Close to everything I wanted to see in Rome and right next to the Colloseum! Plenty of places nearby to eat and a grocery store a couple streets over to get anything I wanted to cook in the kitchenette and anything else I might need as well. There was a taxi waiting area at the end of the street which was convenient for days I didn't feel like walking.

Best location and amazing place!

Posted Jul 29, 2015
Wow. This place was so much more than we had expected... we arrived late and Andrea was there to greet us; there was a charge for late check-in but it is understandable as the office hours are different than a regular hotel. This is an actual apartment! And it is air conditioned... seems like that would be a standard thing, but it isn't in europe! so it was so appreciated! the apartment is literally 2 blocks from the Colosseum, and we had no issues walking anywhere else in Rome! It's a nice walk wherever you go, especially because you're in a very safe part of the city! The coffee shops were amazing... and the little restaurants are too! (but one to avoid is the one with Einstein on the menu) .. i don't remember the name but if you see it avoid it. that was the only one! the rest were great! Clean bed, wifi, air conditioning, great location... couldn't ask for more. Next time we go to Rome we will definitely be getting one of these apartments; but next time we will try to the one with the kitchen as there is a small market close!!!! You won't be disappointed.

Modern hotel close to Colosseum

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Nice hotel with modern furnishings. Great value. Our train in to Rome was delayed, and the hotel staff stayed 15 minutes past office hours without charging us for a late check in. They also offered to keep our luggage after checking out while we went sightseeing. 4 free bottles of water in the fridge. We would stay here again.

Great location, secure, quiet rooms, fab holiday.

Pros: Secure. Cleaned every day. Old style residential building. Perfect location.
Cons: More toilet paper.
Location: Brilliant location. Colosseum, Palatine Hill, Roman Forum, walked to Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon. Train to Ostia Antica (amazing)
Just around the corner from the Colosseum but away from the noisy roads. The apartment was in a different building to the reception but its close by. Very secure with 2 heavy doors before your apartment door in an amazing old residential building with a huge central stair case, up two flights of stairs but the manager and staff helped us with our cases. Room was quiet, small but clean and included a kettle, mugs, coffee and tea, a little fridge (hidden in the wardrobe) and tv. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, towels supplied but could do with more supply of toilet paper! We always take a roll with us just in case or we could have asked at reception. Big bathroom with a good shower and for those guys that wet shave remember to bring a universal plug for the sink (standard equipment when travelling abroad!). We took the tourist bus (they are all the same!) and it was good to listen to the commentary. Then we walked to the places we wanted to see more of. Besides the main sights we all know about in Rome I can recommend the Castel Sant'Angelo (Hadrian's mausaleum) and take the Metro to Ostia Antica it is an amazing place and was the port of Rome. Metro (underground) station is next to the Colosseum and the fare was a standard 1.50 euro each way!! Metro line B to Piramide then train to Ostia Antica (restaurant on sight) it is easy journey and well worth it.

Buen hotel, xo problemas en horarios/organización

Posted May 6, 2015 on Hotels

Very close to the Colosseum!

Posted Mar 20, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Sewage smell and parking
Location: Colosseum right across the street.
It was in a great location and the room was spacious. We had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to our 3rd floor room, no elevator, if that matters to you. It didn't bother us. What did bother us was the constant sewage smell coming from the bathrooms. The toilets flushed very loud and continuously flushed during showers, not sure what that was? Possibly something to do with the smell, weird plumbing? Parking is very difficult also, the hotel offers none.

Bien placé mais un peu bruyant...

Posted Mar 12, 2015 on Hotels

Posted Oct 22, 2014 on Hotels
