Dear Sir, you had everything you booked that night and we can only say that we proudly accomplished what stated on your booking. Our accomodation is presented on Expedia.com as a Bed & Breakfast and in the whole world these two words mean "rooms in private apartments" (or buildings, farms, houses, manors, etc.). The messages you received after your request of private pick-up was sent to inform you about the place to meet the car which had to bring you at your accomodation. Maybe you thought that private pick-up (at a fare which is the 50% less than the average taxi fare) means to find a luxury limousine under your plane right after landing, as it is usually done with chiefs of state? The room assigned to you was exactly the room that you watched on the pictures published on Expedia and that you booked. The pick-up has been provided as requested, and every other service described on Expedia related to our accomodation has been provided. Probably you were looking for a top class hotel and a luxury limousine pick-up and all those things are available and ready to be booked on Expedia, therefore the question is: why did you book the less expensive accomodation available on that night on Expedia, expecting the quality of the most expensive accomodation (at "just" about €. 150 higher than the fare that you payed) available for booking on the same night on Expedia? For full information to anyone would be interested in reading this review, you forgot to report that we also book a taxi to guarantee your return to the airport at 4:00am at a very convenient fare, but maybe this also is a very poor service for a top class guest as you are persuated to be. Thanks for staying at our B&B (definitely NOT a hotel, just a Bed & Breakfast),next time that you decide to book a place to stay, we are confident you will choose something more appropriate to your high rank

Definire troppo alto il prezzo da Lei pagato (60 €.) per una camera tripla con bagno privato interno, dotata di wi-fi, aria condizionata e frigorifero, in un periodo di massima richiesta in quell'area per la concomitanza di eventi fieristici, la troviamo un'opinione decisamente soggettiva. Le camere in cui alloggiano gli ospiti sono tutte in perfetta efficienza, in caso contrario non vengono rese disponibili o quantomeno vengono preventivamente informati gli ospiti e eventualmente risarciti se la camera presenta delle inefficienze in seguito alle quali ritengono di non voler soggiornare in condizioni diverse da quelle previste, pertanto anche la definizione "tenuto male" la riteniamo quantomeno fuorviante, dal momento che non erano presenti difettosità nella camera da Lei occupata. Può capitare che ospiti, in particolare provenienti da determinate regioni geografiche, ambiscano a alloggiare in un hotel a 5 stelle (peraltro presenti numerosi in quell'area e tutti prenotabili su Expedia) al prezzo di una camera in B&B, e in questo caso siamo concordi nel dichiarare pubblicamente che il nostro B&B non è un hotel di massima categoria e soprattutto non pratica prezzi adeguati a quel tipo di sistemazioni, questo tuttavia non ci rende meno attenti affinchè la pulizia e l'efficienza degli ambienti dove alloggiano i nostri ospiti sia sempre curata nel miglior modo possibile. Grazie per la sua recensione e complimenti al tassista che l'ha portata presso la nostra struttura, lui sì che ha applicato una tariffa adeguata agli ospiti della sua vettura!
