If you can...avoid it!!Posted Apr 11, 2014
Pros: The only nice thing staff did for us is they allowed us to leave our suitacases in the aprtment untill 3pm, since our flight was in the evening.
Cons: Sold that apartment and buy a decent one!!
Location: Bad location, rundown, unsafe, no nearby sightseiing.
On Expedia it says the address being Via Firenze....but that's an old address!! So we were shocked when we went in Via Firenze and after being checked in they told us the Apartment is actually near Vittorio Emanuele underground station!!! The area is far away from Via Firenze and staff refused to take us theren by car or taxi. The area is not nice at all, far from the city centre, rundown and doesn't look very safe at night!! Luckily we stayed just 1 night at the end of our trip. The apartment is really small(expecially the bathroom, where the sink is so high that unless you are at least 1.10m tall you can't use it!!!!) and uncomfortable...the bedroom is on an elevated floor, abve the living room!! The ceiling has been left rough and it looks scary! One of the worst places where I've been in the world...and I can tell you I travel a lot due to my job!!!A shame for Italy!
