Pros: Location. Cons: It seems the Inn did not fare well during Covid and is in need of repair and maintenance. The website pictures are from 2012 and do not reflect the hotel's current state or rooms. The "self controlled" a/c did not work. The toilet never really flushed. They must have run out of soap. The bed and linens reminded me of a 1979 budget inn. Breakfast was ok Staff were very nice. The hotel is not accessible. There is a lift but you cant avoid using stairs going up or down.

The room condition was not maintained. Also the beds were cots put togather. It felt like i was in a cheap hostel. Extremely disappointing condition. Breakfastvwas almost non existent. They had one piece of bakery products availabale. Example chocoate crossaint 1 piece, cream one piece ........find some other place.

We had a couple of days in Rome. 2 adults and a 6 and 7 year old. The hotel was in a brilliant location and in walking distance for the kids to the Colosseum, Spanish steps, pantheon- everywhere really in central Rome! The room and beds were comfortable enough and the breakfast was brilliant! Would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel
The location is wonderful. You can walk to so much. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. The only complaint i had was the beds. They were so uncomfortable. I did exepct more from the double room i booked. But i was very happy with my stay. I would stau again if need be.

Very nice and beautiful small hotel in middle of Rome. Very convenient to alsmost everything. Breakfast was spectacular. One of the best i ever had. Family of 4 and we had a very large room with 2 beds. Beds were not as comfortable as you can wish, however we spent just 1 night in Rome and who sleeps in Rome when you can roam and explore the town from early morning to very late at night. The property staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again for sure.

Perfect Stay
Our stay was perfect! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The airport transport was very easy and convenient. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the look was very charming. The location was absolutely perfect. Almost every attraction we wanted to visit was no more then a 20 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the woman working in there each morning was so pleasant and friendly. I would 100% stay here again.

The hotel is very conveniently located near many sites and easy to get around from the hotel. The only thing I didn’t like was that they upgraded gave us to a room with a balcony, but the room was right next to the breakfast area, so I was regularly woken up at 6am as staff began preparing for breakfast and guests arrived to eat and talk by 7am - not a problem if you’re an early riser!

This was a wonderful place to stay. 2 min walk to Pantheon excellent restaurants nearby, Desk service superb and a wonderful breakfast! Can’t ask for more but it was also old style and so quaint!

Beautiful traditional building that was once the home of Garibaldi-a real sense of history here. Fantastic roof top terrace which we brought pizza slices from pizzeria around the corner and bottles of apperol to have relaxed picnics to the sound of local church bells. Rooms are small but that’s normal in traditional hotels and the are lovely, clean and air conditioning! Breakfast was great with lots of options Location is amazing-lots of places to eat/shop locally and can walk to most major sites in max 30 mins and taxi rank very close by if like is you can’t face walking in the heat. Not to mention how amazing it was to be a minutes walk from the Pantheon-breathtaking! Staff were all lovely, from the driver who collected us from the airport to the reception and breakfast staff all helpful and kind Really couldn’t have asked for a better Rome experience

Pros: Location, location, location; great a/c; strong water pressure in shower; nice, big bath towels; staff very helpful and friendly; fast and easy check-in and check-out; continental breakfast buffet included; able to connect to apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime on the tv. Cons: Quadruple room was VERY VERY small; mattresses were very thin and uncomfortable; only one pillow per person and it was very thin and uncomfortable; bathroom was very hot and narrow - had to almost climb over toilet and bidet to get to shower and no place to put toiletries especially for four people

A property with an elevator. However, to access breakfast room you must climb a flught of stairs. Also once off the elevator andxin the third floor you still have a couple of steps down and another up before getting to your room. Fabulous location in centro storico near Pantheon. Close to historic churches, cafes, fountains, palace museums, restaurants, shopping, markets. Walkable. Thoughtful, helpful staff.

Quirky hotel in great location
A quirky hotel full of nooks and crannies, with lots of old architectural features. It is in an excellent location, and is a peaceful haven in the heart of the centre of Rome. The room was small and dark but comfortable; the balcony bathroom was a little tired and very hot but functional. Good choice at breakfast by Roman standards.

Central friendly Hotel
Brilliant location in the Centro area. The Hotel is in an old building, with a large front door, open courtyard, wide staircase and small lift to the reception. The room was smaller than expected, but ok for my son and I. Comfortable beds, pillows and blankets. Couldn’t get air conditioner to work, but I didn’t ask for help with this so it may have been capable of working. Smart TV, USB charging slots and good WI-FI in the room so son happy! Roof Terrance to enjoy the view and a drink, was a big plus. Breakfast was really lovely, omelette, ham, cheese. breads, cakes cereals etc. lots of choice and plenty of it. Very friendly staff from reception to The lady providing breakfast. Would recommend it for location and comport. Tip -Do not rely on getting a taxi from Campino airport, long queue and no taxis arriving. Go by bus or a preordered car.

Stated that they took AMEX and their system was not accepting AMEX, I had to use another card and miss out on 4000 points on this trip. The breakfast area is small and crowded but a nice breakfast spread. It is best to grab and go to the room. The area is very walkable and close to the Pantheon.

The property was very unique and nice. I recommend using an Uber or Taxi when staying at the hotel. There is no parking which will make getting to the hotel difficult

The property and rooms are not exactly like the online images portray, they are a bit less appealing. Upon entering, you have to climb 2 sets of stairs to the second floor to be on the hotels "first floor" The elevators did not work. The AC unit in the room did not work on a continuous basis, we have to ask the front desk daily to restart or fix the unit. The living room portion had one couch and a very small coffee table, thats in, nothing else in that room. Our beds were very hard and 2 beds slide next to each other to created a full size bed. The area surround the hotel was decent, all the Roman tourist sides were all in walking distances and many restaurants. If you want any type of scrambled eggs, omelets or any other type of western breakfast, forget it, does not exist in Rome. The people and staff were nice and accommodating.

Our room was extremely small and the air conditioning kept breaking. The elevator was tiny and not acceptable for anyone with claustrophobia. But there were many steps and steep. The breakfast was OK but all sweets. The staff was very nice and helpful. Great location.

Ok place, but needs to fix the bathroom issues
The location is excellent. The entrance and courtyard are charming. There were intermittent problems with hot water, the shower head was broken, and the toilet did not flush properly.

The hotel arranged for me to check in very late, after midnight, which I really appreciated. I was not very happy with the room I got originally, but I after talked to them about it I was promptly moved to a better room, which was very nice

The hotel was hard to find, there is no large hotel sign. The name was on the door bell. Once you enter the courtyard, there is no signs as where is the office. After finding the office on the first floor, we also informed other wondering guests as its whereabouts. On our first night, the glass cover for the ceiling recess light in the bathroom fell down while my son was in the shower. Glass was everywhere. I tried calling the manager but the phone wasn't working so had to go downstairs. The manager came and cleaned it but we put towels on the floor. We were really lucky it didn't fall on our head. Two nights later, the same thing happened. The same manager came and cleaned up the glass and we put towels all over the floor. After speaking with the hotel and Expedia, the hotel did not want to give any compensation, they finally agreed to deducting city tax (60-70 euro). I would not stay at this hotel again.
