Pros: Clean, central location in historic district
Cons: Walls should be isolated. It is not uncommon in Europe to hear neighbors snoring through the walls, but it is quite disconcerting for a north american
Location: Trastevere is a neighborhood about 20 minutes walk south of the Pantheon. This is where we found the best restaurants in the city...
The view on the Pantheon and "Piazza della Rotunda" is not deceiving. This is a very central place, on the square, near all amenities. Even if the piazza is crowded from 9AM until 11PM, the double-pane windows block all noise very efficiently whenever we closed them. The room was confortable and clean, with high ceilings that gave an impression of not being squeezed. The only downside is that the interior walls have poor acoustical properties and we sometimes needed to keep the windows opened to provide a good white-noise background and not hear chatting in the next room. Luckily, our neighbors were mostly quiet and we could sleep with the windows closed.

Pros: Close to the action
Cons: Noise insulation. Asking people to be quite after 10 p.m.
Beautiful view of the Pantheon and crowd. Eligant room. 3rd floor room. Had person on forth floor above us walking with heels on back and fourth, every night. For six nights, from 1 a.m. untill 3a.m. Asked front desk for help.nothing could do but move us in to a lesser room. No thanks, just dont plan on sleeping but loved everything else

Fantastisk beliggenhed og udsigt.Posted Apr 3, 2015

Wouldn't book it againPosted Mar 26, 2015
Awful space planning, super crowded and no air conditioning. Had to sleep with the window open to keep from sweating, mosquitoes got in the room at night, just day after day of discomfort.

amazing location! Would return.Posted Mar 16, 2015
A really lovely hotel right next to the Pantheon, and in walking distance of all major tourist attractions. Room was small, but this did not bother us, it also seems that the walls were quite thin, but again this had no affect on our stay here. There was view from the room, but you can pay for this. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very nicely decorated and equipped with everything. If you are in Rome, the last thing you want to do is stay in your hotel room for longer than necessary!!

Amazing location!Posted Dec 23, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff, well-appointed room, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Lots of nice restaurants within a couple of minutes walk.
Cons: Rooms not huge, but probably not a lot you can do about that when adapting an old building. Price of aperitifs in hotel restaurant could be cheaper!
Location: Great for Centro Storico - not quite so for things further away. Nearest metro station is 10-15 minutes walk away. Buses closer, but routes confusing!
Wonderful location right next to the Pantheon, ancient Rome's most charismatic building (IMO). Loads of things to see within easy walking distance. Outside the nucleus of the Centro Storico though, things get hilly - what looks reasonable on a map may not feel that way to your feet! If you need transport, buses are reasonably near (though trying to figure out routes is a bit of a nightmare), but nearest metro quite a hike.

Rome in december!Posted Dec 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
Perfekt placering, mitt i all historia.
