“Quite ok considering price and location”
The building is not quite clean and it is not that easy to locate the appartment but the service is good and the room was clean. The main attractive is the location and that there are only 4 rooms, so there is not much crowd on it. If you go access the main door, take the first aisle to the left, and take the stairs till the 2nd floor, door # 3. They do speak little to no english so learn some italian.
“DO NOT EVER GO HERE”
I said everything I needed to say above.
“Do not stay here”
This is the wrong place I have stay in the past 20 years. Do not go there at any price.
“Best location and economical to stay in Rome”
I met very good Rome family. They took good care of us. Jean and victor are very nice. They took care of computer right away when I asked for. They gave me rome map and advise about how spend the day in Rome. Location of hotel is next to grocery market and is close to Metro station. Breakfast was good. Over all I would say that I have a great time staying there.
“Quite disapointed”
In a nutshell: Goodpoints- - Near the central train station - every room has its own computer and 24hr internet access - can use the kitchen to cook -Owner and family are friendly. - cheap rate. Bad points (purely based on our experience): - the owner let people smoke while in the house (some of the guests stayed in the bathroom for up to 1 hour smoking, and the owner didnt mention anything to them). - she let someone sleep in the kitchen, therefore not allowing us access to the kitchen through the night. - they have a small son, who is extremely noisy. - the breakfast is only sweet cakes. However she does make a cappucino for everyone. - she didnt seem pleased to let us cook in the kitchen. - the apartment is very small and cramped, and you are therefore confined to your bedroom. - the 'fully equipped' kitchen is lacking and oven, microwave and adequate cooking utensils. If you are out all day, and looking for a cheap place to stay near the station, then this place is ok. But dont expect too much.
