“Great spot and very courteous staff!”
The location is great: a quick 10 minute walk from the main terminal (we arrived in Rome by plane at Ciampino, then took a shuttle to the terminal), and just a few blocks from a main bus stop from which we could reach just about any point in the city. It was also a very close walk to the Borghese Museum (our favorite site in the city). The room was large and clean, and although the mattresses were ready to be replaced, we had a fairly restful stay after spending many hours walking the city each day. If you're noise-sensitive, you should definitely request a room away from the street. The traffic is quite erratic, but there is consistent street noise through the night. There was a good, typical breakfast buffet: breads, cereal, ham, cheese, hard boiled eggs, coffee, juice, and a barista ready to make any espresso-based drink you wanted (or hot chocolate!). They also offered room service from the restaurant, which we didn't use. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They could easily provide directions and information about the bus routes, as well as a city map if necessary. We were quickly welcomed into the hotel, shown our room, and then treated well each time we stopped by the front desk or entered the restaurant.

“Hotel Priscilla Made For A Good Stay”
My family and I stayed in Hotel Priscilla. It was good value for money. The room was tidy, although I never could quite find the in-room safe. The beds were comfortable and though the view was nothing to write home about, wonsidering Rome's well-earned reputation as a noisy city, that turned into an advantage! The staff was helpful and cordial, especially the woman who ran the breakfast buffet. She made sure the food never ended! The restaurant served good, though not stellar cuisine; it made for a satisfactory meal our first night, when we had jet-lag. Location was ideal; ten minutes on foot from Termini and an easy bus to the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia (Via del Corso and connections on foot/bus to the Centro Storico) amd even to the Vatican. Overall this hotel is good value if you get in via a package. If you don't insist on either luxury or being in the Centro Storico---and there are good reasons to stay elsewhere than the Centro Storico-antiquities area----the Hotel Priscilla works well and earns your money.
