“Marvelous Rome Hotel”

The Priscilla Hotel is to the North of the Termini station.The staff were friendly and helpful,with a comfortable and air conditioned room.This included a fridge and a safe.After a tasty breakfast we took a bus and were soon in the centre to explore. This hotel is very good value!

“Very Friendly”

This hotel was a nice place and I would recommend it to anybody. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to help us out, I would definitely go back.

“A great little hotel in a non-touristed neighborhood”

The staff at the desk were unfailingly welcoming and helpful. I had a single room with a bathroom and found the room a bit dark since it was in the back but tocompensate it was extremely quiet. If I was travelling as a couple I'd definitely take a more expensive room with windows over the street. Very clean modern bathroom with tons of hot water, although, like everywhere in Italy, the shower box was very pokey. Breakfast was just OK, you know, the usual bread rolls, commercial cheese slices, pastries and terrible 'American' coffee. But there are local places within 50 paces where you can get great coffee. Drink tea instead. Hotel Priscilla is located within walking distance to the Borghese Gallery and is one block away many city bus routes including many to Roma Termini. Quiet, largely deserted streets at night, but extremely safe and no tourists.

“Lovely, Friendly Hotel”

Really nice, simple place to stay. Very friendly hotel staff, clean room and bathroom, secure, close to the station and spanish steps, seemed to be in a very nice area. Had a great stay, would definitely stay again!

“Hotel Priscilla Made For A Good Stay”

My family and I stayed in Hotel Priscilla. It was good value for money. The room was tidy, although I never could quite find the in-room safe. The beds were comfortable and though the view was nothing to write home about, wonsidering Rome's well-earned reputation as a noisy city, that turned into an advantage! The staff was helpful and cordial, especially the woman who ran the breakfast buffet. She made sure the food never ended! The restaurant served good, though not stellar cuisine; it made for a satisfactory meal our first night, when we had jet-lag. Location was ideal; ten minutes on foot from Termini and an easy bus to the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia (Via del Corso and connections on foot/bus to the Centro Storico) amd even to the Vatican. Overall this hotel is good value if you get in via a package. If you don't insist on either luxury or being in the Centro Storico---and there are good reasons to stay elsewhere than the Centro Storico-antiquities area----the Hotel Priscilla works well and earns your money.

“Great hotel but pick your room!”

This was a great hotel. The location was good, walking distance to Via Veneto (10 mins), Spanish Steps (15 mins) and Trevi Fountain (25 mins) and we then walked on to the Colosseum - although that took a bit longer it was still walkable and much better for sightseeing than a bus or Metro. Easy bus ride to the Vatican, although get off when you see St Peter's dome as the route stop names aren't that helpful. Hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful, breakfast was nice, buffet style. There were some nice restaurants locally as well. Be warned though - the room we had was clean and the bed was very comfortable BUT we had room 104, right next to the open plan 24 hour reception and lounge area. Noise echoed and, although it was relatively quiet after 11pm, we were woken at 6:30 am every morning by a persistently loud group of women seemingly all talking at once ( I kept hearing the occasional 'shush' but it made no difference to the noise levels). If you are offered that room (or any of the other 3 straight off the reception area) I would try to renegotiate to a room upstairs away from the noise if possible. Having said that, I would go back to the hotel again as that was the only issue.

“Good Location, Clean Hotel”

I recently stayed this hotel for 4 nights. The room is very simple but clean. The hotel is only 200 meters away from the Fiume Plaza, where you can get bus to the Termini Station every 5 minutes. There are several nice restaurants around this hotel. With shower and airconditioning, the price is very reasonable. The hotel staffs are very helpful and breakfast is very nice. I will use this hotel again.

“GOOD FOR A NIGHT OR TWO ..IF YOURE CRUISING GREAT TO SPEND A NIGHT BEFORE CIVITAVECCHIA”

Good location near train station and fifteen minutes to Spanish steps..Good for a night or two in Rome...Does require english TV like CNN though....Spartan but clean nice and cheap..Great for the cruiser who wants a cheap hotel in Rome for a night or two..

“Would probably go back”

This was a very clean hotel and at the price a great base.. We were on the first floor at the front and the room appeared to have been very recently refurbished. The bathroom was clean and adequate with quite a good shower. However, because it faced the road it was quite noisy. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable on the first day, however on the saturday and sunday mornings there were far too many people for the restaurant and the restaurant staff. All in all, for the price we paid I would recommend it.

“Clean and convenient”

The hotel is clean, friendly, no frills, within walking distance of most tourist spots. Thoroughly recommend as a budget option.
