Elegant hotel.Posted Oct 27, 2013
Pros: Loved everything about this hotel and hope I get the chance to stay there again.
Location: The only other dining options are about a mile away.
We had a wonderful hotel experience. The hotel is simply beautiful, clean, and right on the beach. My only regret was that we were not here in the summer to enjoy the beautiful beach and all the facilities on the beach. The concierge was exceptional in helping us with private excursions in Venice.

Spacious hotelPosted Oct 14, 2013
Pros: Big rooms
Cons: Breakfast wasn't pleasing. No minibar.
Location: Bus stop is 300m away, easy ride to the metro.
We had a nice time at this hotel, but it should be noted that if you arrive late from FCO airport your taxi ride will be about 70 euros.

Pros: It was very convenient for me to get to Ciampino airport in the morning as the hotel has a shuttle service.
Location: The taxi driver charged me 30 euros to bring me from the airport to hotel. He said since it is out of Rome he can't use the meter. This was absurd .
I think it will be a good Idea to have tea making facilities esp. when so many people enjoy tea.It is not a luxary but a necessity. The breakfast was excellent.Thanks.

Overnight stayPosted Sep 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel turned out to be very good value for money. The rooms were spacious compared to most other hotels in this price range. The staff were very polite and helpful. initially it looked like the location was a little inconvenient (situated on the dual carriageway running past Ciampino airport running up to Castel Gandolfo) but this turned out not to be the case. Having been forced to turn right whether I wanted to do or not ended up being a rewarding adventure leading to some very reasonably priced restaurants. The journey back to Ciampino airport the following morning took just 10 minutes. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast (which was included in the price) was worth going down for. I will definitely be using this hotel again.

Disappointing hotel, definitely not a 4 starPosted Aug 28, 2013
Pros: Nothing really, this shouldn't be a four star hotel, this is only a one star hotel.
Cons: A LOT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.I think the hotel needs a remake or a management who cares about their reputation. This is definitely not a way to run a hotel
Location: What we enjoyed was a restaurant located at Lac Albano not far from the hotel, there is also a supermarket, but the fridge at the hotel is not working
When we booked this hotel, we thought it would be near the international airport, but we found out this is near a local airport. Putting that a side, during the booking, the room mentioned TWO QUEEN beds, which was odd, but we figured we will sleep on each bed every other night. As it turned out, it had TWO TWIN beds put together as a queen bed, which doesn't make sens. I've requested that they change our room, but they instead changed the bed to a queen bed. (The concierge wasn't happy about it). The carpet was very hard and not pleasant to walk on, it had even some spots. The shower floor had broken parts, and it didn't look too clean, there were soap spots and molds marks everywhere. As you can see in some of the pictures some parts of the walls were broken. The fridge wasn't connected and there was a note that if we need to keep something refrigerated we should talk to the reception. A fridge in the room is a minimum requirement for a 4 star hotel. The Safe deposit box wasn't working as the batteries were oxidized, I've asked that it'd be fixed on our arrival, when we left it wasn't still working. We had to walk around the city with our passport and money in our pocket for four days. We couldn't eat breakfast for most of the time we stayed as we left the hotel around 5 am and the only time we had the breakfast we were again disappointed. The orange juice tasted like powder and water, there was no eggs, and few pastries with some bread. We enjoyed the free cappuccino.

Rome stopoverPosted Aug 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel location/facilities are fine. The only drawback was the same as the last time we stayed here! The sink and shower drains are unable to cope with waste water resulting in 'standing water' in the shower and very slow drainage from the sink. This was the same in all three rooms we had booked on this visit. Come on Quality Hotels sort the problem out.....
