“Nice Place.”

The room was clean and bed comfortable. It is a small room but nice. Air condition can be better but workable. TV is a joke with 8 channels in Italian and one for CNN international. Over all a nice place close to the Vatican.

“Great for families, couples, or single people”

The staff was exceptional. They spoke very good English, were polite, friendly and very helpful. They were all most accommodating re: information about Rome--how to get around and what the best ways of navigating the city. The complimentary breakfast was great. It met the needs of anyone that needed a good start to the morning. The food was delicious and the variety was awesome. We were extremely happy with this feature.

“Best Place ...Will definetly stay there again”

The Hotel has a very polite and helpful staff. From the outside, the hotel does not look so great but it has a very clean and pleasant on the inside. Some of the rooms have Jacuzzi tubs and/or balconys that have views of St. Peter's Dome. The metro station is only a 5-10 minute walk. Try to avoid the Metro during peak hours. The included breakfast was good with lots of variety. My wife and I had a great experience with this hotel and would definetly stay here again.

“"...when in Rome..." live like a Roman near Vatican City”

I loved that this place is just outside of the tourist mania and within sight of the Vatican City walls. We strolled around quiet neighborhoods, ate and shopped where the Romans do, and only saw tourists when we walked past the Vatican City and then over the river. The METRO was nearby as was a ton of shopping. I couldn't believe the number of shops and street vendors open at all different times of the day.

“The Best Hotel Staff!! Can't wait to go back!!!!!”

This hotel is located on a quiet street, but at the same time is close to " tourist" spots, subway and shops. The staff is top notch and provides superior service. I have stayed at Estates and 5 star hotels, but they are no match when comparing service to this hotel. Marco, Fabrizio, Serena-the front desk staff, to the bellman, bartender Maurizio, accountant and housekeeper they are provided excellent service. I can't say enough on how excellent the service was and management should be extremely proud of the staff (speaking as a former hotel manager myself). The breakfast was also very good and well above the typical European breakfast you will find at most hotels. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning soon.

“At home in Rome”

This is one place during our trip to Italy that we felt comfortable with communications. The front desk was fluent in English and very helpful in giving us information for tours, names of places to eat, etc. We were a 20-minute walk to the Vatican, where we were also able to catch the hop-on-hop-off bus that circles Rome. We had a problem finding the hotel originally, since we knew nothing of the area, and had the language barrier. The bus drivers actually were the ones to get us the closest directions.

“Good value”

The staff was very helpful. It was nice to be walking distance from the Vatican. It was a long walk to see the rest of Rome. But the metro was close. Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable if you like firm mattress.

“great value”

Everyone at the hotel was very helpful, they let us check in early, leave our luggage after we checked out and helped us find where we were going. They spoke English very well and the breakfast buffet was great. The beds were a bit too firm for my liking, typical of Europe.
