simple room located in a rearranged apartmentPosted Jul 18, 2014
Pros: The hotel is an apartment rearragend in a condominium complex, with allows you to enter the main door with your key and not passing though reception.
Cons: It might be improved the noise that comes from the outside window, with a special window glass.
Location: The main things to visit nearby the hotel is Saint Peter Basilica, the Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo and Ara Pacis.
The friendliness of Francesca, the lady welcoming all the guests has been very precious and helpful. She explained everything what we needed and tried to make us feel comfortable.

great Roma experience for the first timerPosted Jun 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
The location and experience for us on a 1st time family trip to Roma was very good. Francesca is extremely helpful and friendly and a great source of local information. We had a delightful stress free stay and a happy little girl.We could walk to the vatacian and places to eat all within 5 minutes.

Great location, nice people, cramped stayPosted May 8, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel managers at Quo Vadis were great and very helpful. They made the stay worthwhile. The location was also fantastic, so if you aren't traveling with much stuff and don't mind a very cramped room, I'd highly recommend it. However, the room was very tiny, and it was hard to be fully comfortable in there. One of the bedside lights didn't work, and there were not many hooks to hang towels and other things up. Breakfast was already in the room, and they brought in a couple of pieces of cake in the morning. We preferred to go out and get a nice Roman cappuccino. The elevator was quirky and if people didn't close the inside door it stopped working. Note that this is a small hotel located in an apartment building with other things in it. For travelers wanting to be near the Vatican and who want something really simple, you'll be happy, but be ready to be a little cramped.

Close to VaticanPosted Apr 7, 2014
Pros: Bed and room were both large. Mini fridge in room, wardrobe also in room. Cappuccino maker there too. Ensuite bathroom and elevator available.
Cons: Steps up to bathroom were steep, a handrail to grab on to while stepping in to bathroom would be appreciated. Include yogurt and cheese with breakfas
Location: Super close to Vatican- within easy walking distance. Several good restaurants nearby that were reasonably priced. Bus tour of Rome also nearby.
I stayed for three nights in early April 2014. The location was excellent and is the big reason to stay here. Keeping in mind that this is Europe where all hotel rooms I've seen are below our American standards, the room was quite large and so was the bed. There was an ensuite bathroom with nice toilet and sink but the shower was tiny (pretty standard for Europe). Mini fridge in room was useful as was wardrobe with extra pillows and blanket. It said on Expedia that a full breakfast was included but all we got were juice boxes, a slice of pound cake, some tiny wrapped toast slices (maybe 2 inches by 3 inches), jam, and access to the cappuccino maker (which neither of us drink). If the fridge was stocked with some cheese, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs, it would be much appreciated. Francesca (hostess) was very helpful but she is only there for a few hours in the morning. Please note that there is no telephone in the room and Francesca is not there in the evenings so you are on your own in case of emergency. Having said all that, the location is superb being so close to the Vatican and I feel like I got good value for my money (considering this is Europe where everything seems to be way overpriced).

A wealth of knowledge and advice given to help us avoid queues and make the most of our stay. Great location if you want easy access to the Vatican. It's a budget b&b.
