Pros: Wonderful Staff, very good size room, beautiful courtyard setting, easy access to the Metro station, great facilities nearby including supermarket
Cons: No improvement required :)
Location: Set in a quiet residential area with nearby supermarket and restaurants in easy walking distance. Close to the Metro and Bus Stops.
wonderful staff who did everything within their power to make our stay fantastic. 5 mins walk from the Metro station making access to Rome city centre easy and affordable. Beautiful courtyard and rooftop settings to help you relax after enjoying your day in the amazing city of Rome - first class...highly recommended.

Nice base for visiting Rome

Posted Jul 13, 2014
Pros: Enjoyed breakfast. Very clean rooms with comfortable bed. Appreciated that the facility had a lift and air conditioning. Refrigerator in room.
Cons: The hotel was a bit difficult to find when we first arrived. Better directions would be appreciated.
Location: Pepe Verde is a great local restaurant right up the street. The Basilica of St. Agnese is well worth a visit (located near the metro).
Check-in and out was efficient. Good breakfast with lots of variety. Extremely clean and well appointed rooms. Metro station was located a reasonable distance away. Neighborhood was safe if you happen to be coming home late from sightseeing.

It was nice to be in a quieter residential area.

Posted Jul 9, 2014
Pros: It was nicely appointed, staff very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Why do guests have to pay a city tax above their room rate
Location: Location access to subway good, restaurants are close by and you are not in a busy downtown area.
The hotel was nicely appointed and you felt like you were in someones home with all the interesting collectibles that were around. Breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed walking the neighbourhood and having dinner at a local restaurant. The access to the subway is super and allows you to make plans and execute them to get around.

Relaxed, intimate hotel in leafy, peaceful area.

Posted Jun 29, 2014
Pros: The atmosphere and the immediate location. Intimate, but not claustrophobic. Everything worked well.
Cons: Standard double room size adequate, but could do with a little more storage space for clothes, especially as we stayed five nights.
Location: Good, locally used, restaurants close by. Inexpensive. Supermarket and small shops also close to hand (300 metres), including ice cream and cakes!
Stayed five very comfortable nights, and would definitely return. Lovely, modernised large family house, smart interior that has retained character, and some of its history. Very helpful, but unobtrusive staff. Pleasant, airy breakfast room and patio, and comfortable lounge/bar area. Excellent bed, and good shower even though incorporated in bath. Out of town, so necessary to take metro (500 metres) or bus (100 metres) if sightseeing, both easily done. Tickets available at Reception - very reasonable price.

Great choice of hotel

Posted Jun 11, 2014
Friendly, helpful staff. This is a lovely hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Spotlessly clean and fresh. Good sized room - well furnished and nicely decorated. Breakfast was excellent - good choice of fresh fruit, cereal, pastries, cakes, breads, yoghurt, meat, eggs and cheese. Minibar is water and a fizzy drink. Handy for bus from Termini - regular service.

Spacious and quiet.

Posted May 22, 2014
Pros: Plenty of quiet spaces to relax after the days activities, good bar and nibbles.
Located in a nice quiet and less touristy part of town, yet still close enough to get to the major attractions easily. Spacious room with its own balcony and a good sized bathroom. Very clean with comfortable beds and complimentary water bottles and soft drink in mini bar. Lots of dining and lounge spaces for a drink from the bar with a library and cabinets of interesting artefacts. An out door garden and terrace on the roof were nice touches. There are a couple of Villas open to the public close by but the main tourist area was a 45 minute walk or 12 euro taxi ride.
