Two night stay ,September 2013

Pros: Location
Cons: Shower needed a soap holder, bathroom door needed a clothes hook.
Location: As above
Good central location with a Metro station and buses right in front and easy walking to several key locations. It's a boutique type hotel occupying the 3rd floor of an old building, the rest appear to be offices. It is easy to miss as it only has a small brass plate next to the front door.Access was via a tiny lift with at wrought iron door. The room was modern and clean, but a little too small. The receptionist only spoke a little English but she was very charming and helpful. The free WiFi was very welcome. The included continental breakfast was quite adequate.

Nice service and a good price

Relais Piazza del Popolo is a very comfortabe and not expensive Bad and Breakfast hotel. Which is located in the central of Rome. There is a building where the hotel takes a place on the 4 th floor . My girfriend and I stayed there for 8 nights .The service was very nice and pleasent . The lady on the front desk is very nice and helped us a lot . I would recommend it to my friends .

A floor in a multistory buiding.

Not like a traditional hotel. No one at the desk at night. So best of luck if you have an emergency! Also hard to locate- it is on a third floor of a multistory building- with a small plate at the entrance. Overall clean.

Perfect Location

We arrived at the Relais late at night and found it nearly impossible to find. This isnt a hotel, its a B&B. Its in the middle of and office block on the 3rd floor. We were a bit shocked on arrival but once we saw our room we were thrilled. The receptionist was very helpful. The place is spotlessly clean and you get breakfast each morning. I would highly recommend it however be warned when trying to find it!!

Relais Piazza del Popolo

While the people were very nice and tried to satisfy this is "roughing it" compared to what you expect of a hotel. The rooms were nice but - 1. There is no customary hotel entrance/canopy. The rooms are on the third floor of an office building! 2. The elevator is very old and the size of a phone booth. 3. There is no ice available. 4. The attendant leaves at 7PM.
