Pros: Location and separated two rooms for family
We were three - My wife, daughter 20 years old and me / just stayed one last night in Rome. They were fully satisfied with shouting as soon as they opened door even my wife who is pretty picky and hard to be satisfied. Two Double Bed with separate room is really good to my family. Good location to walk down to the destination up to Pantheon and Piazza Navona. If traveler is satisfied with price, don't worry about your staying at the Hotel, I can say. Arranging transportation from Hotel to the Airport was also good to me. To consider paying city tax not included in Expedia price, but economical (maybe 2.5 or 3 euro per person per night). To consider Fontana Trevi in Spagna was not working due to renovation.

Stay at Relais PierretPosted Jul 30, 2014
Cons: Nothing really - maybe room could have been cooler at times but for the most part it was ok.
Location: It had great restaurants and snack areas nearby- shopping was high end. In walking distance to obviously Spanish steps, Pantheon, Piazza Navonna...
Hotel was great! Great location, clean, big rooms, and staff was helpful. Did not realize until we got there that desk was not open late but it did not matter. We had everything we needed and the location was fantastic - even with the Spanish Steps under construction. It made me love Rome all over again!

Perfect Location at Spanish StepsPosted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: Location, staff and facilities. Very comfortable and plenty of room for families.
Location: Location is perfect, restaurants, shops, transport and sightseeing all there.
We stayed in their gorgeous 2 bedroom suite with balcony which was just right for our family of four. The staff were so welcoming and helpful with all our enquires. Walk to the Via Condotti shops, great restaurants nearby and right at the underground station too. We loved the lively location and atmosphere of the Spanish steps and would highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel in a great location.Posted May 31, 2014
Pros: Convenience, helpful staff.
Cons: No - all good.
Location: right next door to the Spanish steps, in the midst of fabulous shopping and great restaurants. Metro is nearby.
The hotel, staff and facilities are all great. The room was large for Italian standards, with great facilities. The location is great - right next to the Spanish steps, Metro and the best shopping in the world. There is a small lift which is great for heavy suitcases and staff are very happy to store baggage for late flights. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Staff, Great Location!Posted Jul 13, 2013
Pros: Location and Staff
Cons: Sound of Air Conditioning Unit.
Location: Spanish Steps. Walking distance from many attractions!
My family and I just finished a four night stay with your hotel. The location could not be beat. Our room looked up at the Spanish Steps. The air conditioning system was a bit loud for my husband and teenage son but fine for my daughter and myself. I lost my cell phone during our stay and the staff was committed to helping me retrace my steps until I found it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Pros: Loved the location, within easy access to all attractions and the metro
Great location with plenty to do within walking distance. The hotel has done a lot of research about local attractions, restaurants and shopping in the area and are more than willing to share this information. They also provde a great map of the area

Location, location, locationPosted Jul 25, 2012
Cons: Unfriendly Attendants
Location: Right next to Spanish Steps and not far to Trevi Fountain
We are a family of four and was pleasantly surprise to find a hotel to accommodate all of us comfortably. Location, location, location is what makes this hotel so wonderful for us. We were able to walk to most of the sites in Rome. With two teenagers, we felt safe to let them hang out on the Spanish Steps and around the area by themselves. We had the suite with the balcony which was a plus, great for people watching. It is in the middle of everything! Having said that, it was not noisy as you would expect. One weird incident for us was our daughter had a friend joining us from Germany. They would not allow her to stay in our room for an additional fee. Something about the law would not allow it. We ended up having to get a second room for our teenager visitor. The way it was handled was not too friendly. Oh well, what cha gonna do? We still enjoyed our stay anways.
