Great location, close to MetroPosted Mar 29, 2015
You need the street number/address to find this place as there are no big signs outside, which is kind of neat in itself. The hotel exterior can be a little noisy but you are next to the Spanish Steps in Rome one of the busiest spots in the City. The reception staff were really helpful and knowledgable about restaurants/ cafes and bars so I would advise you to use their local knowledge. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again. There is a park above the Spanish Steps a if you want some green space or are going for a run this is ideal, about 500M from the top of the steps. 15 mins brisk walk to the Vatican or The edge of the Roman Forum.

Perfect location!Posted Mar 24, 2015 on Hotels
Great location. Right next to the Spagna metro step and the Spanish steps. Literally less than an 1 minute walk. Room was very clean as well and a good size for European accommodations. Only con i would say is that the proximity to the metro can male it nosey sometimes. You don't hear the train but the ppl coming and going from the metro. But not a big enough issue that world prevent me from staying here again.

Posted Feb 23, 2015 on Hotels

Right size. Right location. Great value.Posted Feb 4, 2015 on Hotels
We stayed in Rome for 5 days of sightseeing and this hotel was perfect! The location is central with easy access to the Metro. Great neighborhood for eating and shopping. Even though it is right next to the Spanish Steps, the crowds were manageable (although we went in January, off season). It made for great people watching. Rooms are small as expected but we were out all day. Bathroom is nice-size for an urban hotel. The hotel staff gave great recommendations for local restaurants and transportation.
