The standard of the room was very good. The location near Fontanna di Trevi was great because we could access easily all major attractions of Rome.

Bustling Rome

Posted Nov 19, 2013 on Hotels.com
The room was extremely tiny for two people, we requested twin share, got a double bed. Had to lug our suitcases up a spiral staircase to the third level. If traveling in summer, you won't sleep due to the noise downstairs, suits winter travel. It is in a tourist area, do not shop here - they charge obscenely, I purchased goods close to the Vatican and it was reasonably priced.

Pros: Everything!!
Cons: Nothing!!
Location: Trevi Fountain, Restaurants, Vatican, Pantheon, etc, etc, etc......
We were incredibly pleased with all facets of our stay at Relais Trevi 41. The location was perfectly located in the heart of "downtown" Rome, and just minutes from the Trevi Fountain. The staff treated us with politeness and professionalism - just what we needed as it was the last 4 days of our 3 week European Vacation. What a wonderful treat to wake each morning with a more than adequate Continental Breakfast! When we return to Rome - we will stay at Relais Trevi 41 Room 1107!!!

Location is nice, room was okay

The room was not as I expected when I booked it. It was clean and the location was nice but not the scale of hotel I am used to staying at and felt for the price point I could've found something a little nicer.

Hidden delight in a great location

Posted Oct 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
Couldn't have been happier with the huge room, convenient location or response of staff. Tough to find the first time. Either have them book transport from the hotel or insure your cab driver knows the hotel. Only drawback was, room on third floor (acutally it was the third floor). No elevator. But a small drawback when they deliver a great room service breakfast.

Stayed at this hotel in the annexe for 3 nights. Hotel was in a great location, right around the corner from Trevi Fountain. The room was spacious and spotless and the service was fantastic. The hotel staff were very warm and friendly; nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend this hotel.

A little gem in the perfect location

Posted Sep 13, 2013
Pros: Location, location, location!
Cons: The hotel can be a bit difficult to find since street names are not always displayed well in Rome. A sing on the main street would be helpful.
We stayed at this hotel for two nights in August. I initially booked another hotel but since I had some problems with the reservation I changed to Relais at the last minute and it proved to be the best thing I did. The hotel is situated in the best possible location: literally maybe a minute walk to Fontanna di Trevi, short walk to the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona and the subway. The staff extremely helpful at all hours of day and night. Although the hotel looks a bit old from the outside (we stayed at the annex), the inside is very modern, clean and new. There is no lobby or restaurant but the breakfast is served in room service style every morning. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It is truly a well hidden gem in the heart of Rome.

The apartment was a bit dated but in a can't miss location directly across from Trevi Fountain. Would definitely recommend staying here.

A great little, very central hotel.

Pros: Location and aircon
Cons: None
Location: 30 second walk from the Trevi fountain
The hotel is very central, just 30 seconds from the Trevi fountain. Close to plenty of good restaurants the hotel provides a great base to explore Rome. The air conditioned room and double glazing kept us cool and stopped any street noise coming through. While there is not a restaurant or bar, the breakfast is delivered to your room each morning, which was great when trying to get ready quickly in order to hit the sites early to beat the August midday sun. The service and overall cleanliness was great. We stayed for 4 nights in a very hot August and would definetely recommend people stay here if looking for a central location.
