Great central apartment,Posted Dec 9, 2013
Pros: Location ! Very quiet yet so close to the action & lots of non tourist places to eat and have coffee
Cons: Bathroom shower is very small & there is no place to hang towels
Location: Could not be better
Can't say enough positives about this place. Not the most luxury place but you can't beat the location and it is very comfortable and all you really need for a visit to Roma

Excellent for familiesPosted Nov 11, 2013
Location: The location is good for being around Piazza del Popolo, Via del Corso and not too far from the Spanish Steps.
We stayed for a couple of nights with our two children and enjoyed our time at Ripetta 25. Having stayed at dozens of hotels in Italy and Rome over the years I can say this place is above average: bathroom good, beds clean and comfortable, nice sense of privacy, well maintained. The decor is almost entirely from IKEA, which was fine by us. The kitchenette facilities are okay for simple meals. The owners seem to have thought about what might please their customers, which is refreshing.

Best location to stay in RomePosted Oct 11, 2013
Pros: Location, space and comfort.
Cons: Wi-fi is lost when you move to one of the rooms. The signal coverage should be imporved.
Location: Eating in nearby restaurants, visit famous sites such as Piazza Popolo, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc., shopping along Via del Corso.
I traveled with my wife and two daughters, estayed 2 nights upon our arrival to Rome before taking a Cruise Ship and 3 additional nights after our return. This is an apartment hotel located on the heart of Rome and surrounded by tons of restaurants, shops, caffeterias, convenience stores, etc. Most famos attractions are within walking distance from the hotel or, if not feeling like walking, by a short ride by taxi. Do not expect a hotel with a lobby or any luxurious common areas. This is more an apartment than a hotel, designed to provide you a bigger space than regular for a city like Rome. It includes a very convenient kitchenette . Staff was very friendly and helpful, specially Leonardo who was the person that took care of us on our arrival and gave us all necessary instructions. I also have to say that the management was flexible regarding checking in and out times and adjusted if possible. In summary, I would recommend this apartment/hotel for families or couples that like a place where you can be totally independent without the usual hotel lobbies and formalities, easy to get in and out, including all conveniences such as kitchenette, just like a home away from home.

Great location close to must-see sitesPosted Oct 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
We found the Reppeta 25 to be a clean well equipped small apartment. The location was excellent in the heart of an area with great shopping and good restaurants. The front office was most helpful with airport transfers and sight seeing information.

Great location and fabulous staff.Posted Sep 29, 2013
The hotel was in a great location in walking distand to several of the major sights in Rome. The staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children (9 and 12).

Great location for walking and seeing the sites. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Will stay here next time visiting Rome. Just steps away from shopping, restaurants, Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. Staff recommended great restaurants, places to visit and arranged airport transfer. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Location, value and comfortPosted Sep 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
This apartment /hotel room is located within walking distance of all the major attractions. There are two supermarkets, numerous restaurants and ample shopping close-by. The room had a very big bathroom, sitting room with the sofa bed as a pull-out. There is a functioning kitchen, tv with a complete cable package, and wifi. We felt we got value for the fee. The owner was very helpful and supplied a binder with good tourist information.

Great location.Posted Sep 15, 2013
Paulo was waiting for us on arrival and kindly helped us settle in. The apartment was small but clean and comfortable with a handy little kitchenette. There is a small supermarket across the road and loads of restaurants. Very close to the Metro and walking distance to all Rome's main attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Ripper Ripetta!!Posted Jul 20, 2013
Pros: Cleanliness, huge bathroom, lift to all floors
Cons: Couldn't find a near-by shop to purchase milk and bread or vino after 9.30pm (not the fault of the hotel!)
Location: Brilliant - every main monument is within walking distance and the surrounding streets are good for shopping!
Fantastic for our family of four! Brilliantly located, fresh and clean, comfortable, quiet, safe. An elevator and air-conditioned! Complimentary bathroom amenities and refreshments and snacks in the fridge and a bowl of fresh fruit, and cable TV are generous touches. The warm welcome and locality advice on arrival was exceptional.
