“Every comfort that you can imagine”
Luxury and Romance in a perfect package.
“Very nice hotel with all the necessary amenities!”
Desk/receptions service excellent. Pool and spa area great except only 1 shower in the locker room for women to use after using the facilities. Room was outstanding and spacious and food was some of the best I've had in Room on previous occasions. Will defintiely stay next time, particularly in late spring and summer months. Ability to be brought by van frequently to Rome center was an asset.
“Great stay but pricey”
It is a great hotel, very comfortable and beautifully appointed. Staff is very helpful. The only concern I had was how pricey everything was and internet access even at the lobby must be paid, printing a boarding pass at the business center also requires per minute use of internet. For a business hotel, this was surprise!!!
“Classy and Elegant”
This is a beautiful and very well maintained hotel. It is both old-world and modern at the same time. The restaurant is great; the buffet breakfast is spectacular! The best ever! Being in this hotel makes me feel like a movie star. Yes, it is pricy, but worth every cent.
“Best Hotel in ROME”
This was an absolute enjoyable experience. From the presentation to the staff. It was was a 5 STAR Hotel
“Off the beaten path!”
Very nice hotel, but not convieniently located.
“Excellent Rome experience”
The Cavalieri is a must stop for any upscale traveler to Rome. Although not "centrally" located, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to the center of Rome's commercial, luxury hotel, and embassy area. One of the most impressive lobby areas anywhere and city view rooms are incomparable. All-in-all, a once in a lifetime experience. Excellent dining, helpful concierge desk and appealing pool areas and lounges.
“What a Surprise”
Great Hotel, Sadly wonly stayed in Rome for 1 Night. We got upgraded to a Suite. Decor and everything about this hotel is top notch. Only few complaints of this hotel would be the Non shuttle pickup in their defense most hotels in Italy don't provide it but to and from Airport figure abou 100Euros for roundtrip also the fees to use the pool and indoor pool and equipment. However Great hotel freindly staff, and Great Expierence!!!!
“Best Hotel experiance in Rome”
Tis Hotel is a wonderful retreat away from the busy streets and noise. Youhave a very good and interesting view from some of the balcony rooms. The food is excellant. and overall very relaxing. The private car tours are worth the time and money.
“This Hotel Defines Service!”
We stayed two nights at the Westin Excelsior on the Via Veneto and then a night here. What a delightful change. This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in and I travel over 150 nights per year! Everyone was focused on service and anything they could do to make our stay more pleasant. There is a shuttle to the center of town and the cab fare to St. Peter's was about 8 Euros.
