Great Value, Great LocationPosted Oct 15, 2012
Pros: Seclusion and privacy
Cons: A little tough to find on first day
Great location central to most of the major sites in Rome. Minutes from a metro stop, which means all the major attractions are always close. Located in the heart of a great shopping/dining district and minutes from the Spanish Steps. The hotel itself is very secluded and private. It might be a little difficult to locate your first time, but after that, its a breeze. Bed was a little hard and room could have been a tad bit cleaner. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall, great location and value in the heart of Rome.

Excellent central locationPosted Aug 21, 2012
Excellent location only a couple of minutes away from the Spanish Steps. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly - the receptionist stayed late to make sure someone was there to let us in on arrival.

Pros: Location, cleanliness and cost.
Cons: Nothing to complain about.
Location: The location was perfect. Every sight seeing attraction was within walking distance. Many retail shops within a few steps from the hotel.
The hotel was awesome. We could not have picked a better hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful, our room was a decent size and it was clean.

Strange entrance - nice staffPosted May 15, 2012
Very anonymous entrance, as it is located on the third floor. Only a brass plate at 5 * 20 cm at street level, at what turned out to be the elevator. No focus not on "drop-in" customers! Very friendly and helpful staff. Large room including the bathroom. Room-safe and very spacious. Some noise from the street, even if it was pedestrianized. Meget anonymt inngangsparti, da hotellet ligger i tredje etasje. Kun et messingskilt på 5*20 cm på gatenivået, ved det som viste seg å være heisen. Her satses ikke på "drop-in"! Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Stort rom inkl. badet. Safe og meget god plass. Noe støy fra gaten, selv om det var gågate.

Location: 30 feet from the corner and you can see the Spanish Steps 3 blocks away!
Centrally located near the Spanish Steps. We felt very safe and secure. The room was adequate for my family of 4. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!

Great hotel in the heart of RomePosted May 30, 2011
This small hotel provided the feeling of apartment living in Rome. You enter the building which houses the hotel through a courtyard and use an old-fashioned elevator that has manual glass and grill doors to reach the hotel lobby and hotel rooms which are all located on the third floor of the builidng. The hotel is located in the heart of the spanish steps district and is surrounded by narrow cobblestone streets filled with cafes, restaurants and boutiques. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room itself was pretty basic but it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a good sized shower by Italian standards. We would definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending it.
