Nice stayPosted Nov 20, 2013
Only stayed 1 night, close to termini station. Very helpful staff and great breakky in the morning. Bed slightly hard, that's very common. Would stay here again.

This is definitely not a four star hotel!!Posted Oct 24, 2013
Pros: Nothing really, except It was somewhat close to Termini station, about 5 minutes walk
Cons: Expedia should not classify this as four star hotel unless it is significantly improved in terms of rooms, services provided and staff attitude
Location: Convenient location near Termini. Not much to do very nearby, but one could walk to other areas about 30 minutes walk.
Upon arriving early morning after a 12 hour journey on 15 October for a five night stay, we were told that check-in would be at 2 pm. I had checked the night before for room availability and there were a number of rooms available so could not understand why no room was available. Staff was very rude and not helpful at all. After leaving the bags we came back around 1 pm and were told room would be ready in 5 minutes but after waiting 15 minutes asked again and was given the key by the desk clerk in a very unfriendly manner. Room was on first floor and upon entering it smelled very stale and bad as if nobody had used it for a while. I asked at the desk and was informed there were no other rooms. We left the bags and came back a few hours later and got another shock upon entering the bathroom, realized that it was a handicap bathroom and was difficult to use. While I truly was humbled by the experience that a handicap person has to endure, I could not understand why we were being subjected to this treatment. There were no english channels available and the person who showed us the room could not figure it out, later in the evening when I again complained, the TV was adjusted for english channels only 2 channels, fortunately one was a news channel. In the morning when I asked how the weather was going to be, instead of giving an answer, he simply said it is listed on the chart. Overall not a very good experience, & appeared that they were doing us a favor of some kind

Very close to Termini, good for access to sitesPosted Oct 9, 2013
Pros: Proximity to station, clean
This hotel is walking distance from the station and good for access to the local sites and taxis. However the rooms are very small and bathroom is very small. We stayed here 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was clean every evening when we returned and the towels were replaced and beds made. We could walk to the station for taxis or buses or trains. Lots of places to eat nearby. The staff did not seem very friendly except for one person. We were out and about the whole day so it was fine. I only wish the bathroom was a little bigger.

Royal court hotel..Posted Aug 25, 2013
Pros: Staff pleasant. Room very comfortable and nicely decorated. Location to metro and shops was ideally placed. aircon in room was good. Daily clean.
Cons: Kettle in room with tea/ coffee sachet and biscuits. Cheaper breakfast. Mirror in main room.
Location: Within a short walking distance there are loads of Restaurants. Lively place, lots of shops and stalls to buy gifts. Most of the sites are within wal
No Kettle or tea coffee facility in room. would have expected this for 4 star hotel. . Could do with extra mirror in main room. Room comfortable and regularly maintained and cleaned. Very few customers, if at all taking breakfast option because its too expensive. Staff very pleasant. Hotel location very close to metro and vey handy for access to shops. Feel that a Bed and Breakfast offers more facilities.

Worth more than the price!Posted Aug 20, 2013
Location: The location was perfect, the termini 3 minutes away from the hotel so if you want to take the metro, you don't have to walk for long or take a taxi.
Everything was good about this hotel. The location was perfect, the staff was amazing, the hotel room was good. After we checked out, one of the staff came running to give me back my jewelry box. Really nice and trustworthy hotel. The hotel area was safe as well. All the restaurants in that area are 5 minutes away and they are open till 2 am.
