Better places in areaPosted Aug 1, 2014
Pros: Breakfast. Nice restaurant next door for dinner. AC worked well. In room safe.
Cons: Better desk staff skills.
Location: Interesting area at pier. Nice walk along water. Great choice of seafood restaurants.
Airport B & B closed. Directed to another hotel once there by reading a sign on gate(in Itallian). No airport pickup. Actually no one even picked up phone. however an easy ride by taxi. Desk person on arrival needs social skills. Leaving FCO the next morning so it seemed like a good idea to stay nearby. True but not there.

Great location from the Rome airportPosted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness, and staff.
Location: the owner recommended a nice restaurante near the B&B, excellent dinner.
The owner of the B & B was fantastic. So willing to make our stay great. Although their was a garage beside the B & B it did not interfere with our stay although when we first saw the house we were hesitate. But our welcome dissolved our hesitation, could not have been better. we had a flight to catch early, the shuttle to the airport was done by the owner at 5:15 in the am. He was pleasant and so very willing to help us.

Nice bed and breakfastPosted Jun 14, 2014
Good hotel for staying close to Rome's airport, nice, small and clean. It needs to finish some external work for parking and walking safely. Thanks

Everything we needed!Posted Jun 10, 2014
We needed a room specifically near the airport and this bed and breakfast greatly exceeded our expectations. Compared to other hotels we stayed in Rome, this was brand new and had so much room. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. I'm not sure of his name but a quick call from the airport and he was there to pick us up in 5mins, also makes a great coffee :)

Stay at the Hilton!Posted Jun 3, 2014
We arrived late and tired after long day of driving through Tuscany. We decided to call ahead and the guy told us the staff was gone and that we'd have to go to a different address to pick up keys to then go to the other one to find the room. It is not on the airport premises. Not very convenient at all. Decided to stay at Hilton instead!! Best decision!

Perfect !Posted May 24, 2014
Pros: Good value , close to the airport , the room was lovely . Made very welcome .
Cons: Not a thing !
Location: There are restaurants across the street to choose from . So a very convenient location .
Stayed here one night for convenience to the airport . Room was large with a balcony , fitted wardrobes , and huge shower and bathroom . A very nice experience on our last night in Italy . We ate across the road at Best Western and had a superb meal .

Great place to stay near the airportPosted May 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
We stayed here one night prior to an early morning flight. It was a much larger and more modern room than you normally find at European hotels. The service was great. There is some road noise from a nearby intersection but it was quite after about 10 or so. You do hear noise from the other 2 rooms/downstairs but this is common in hotels and the other occupants were quiet so this wasn't an issue for us. Located within walking distance of a number of restaurants and a supermarket.

Great value for money: clean, cosy, convenientPosted May 16, 2014
We stayed 1night as needed to take early flight next morning. Just 5 mins away from the airport. Quiet enough to sleep with open window. This is a modern, small boutique type hotel with warm family house touch. Room was spacious and very clean, nicely furnished with comfortable bed, big wardrobe and everything what we needed including good shower, fresh towels and free WiFi. Very friendly receptionist-manager :-), offered to drive us to the airport on his own car per 5 Eur per person. We definitely would stay in this hotel again if needed in the future.

Good overnight stay prior to flight.Posted May 10, 2014 on Hotels.com
Only annoyance was the 15 Euro cost (for 2) to shuttle us to the airport. Clean, modern room and nice breakfast.
