Good location, close to the main sights.Posted Nov 24, 2013
The hotel was in a great location, tucked into the neighborhood but very centrally located to the main sights in Rome. Hotel staff was friendly but could have been more helpful. Lively breakfast everyday, spa facilities and a great bar/restaurant. In the warmer months, a rooftop terrace. I would definitely recommend spending a little extra for the modern amenities and great location of this hotel.

Nice hotel close to everything.Posted Oct 29, 2013
Cons: Room could use a coat of paint. Marks on the walls.
Location: See above. Everything was within walking distance if you are a walker.
Overall good hotel. A little worn but in a great location. A little closer to the Vatican than the shopping district by the Spanish Steps. The staff was helpful but not as good as the hotel in London we stayed in just before Rome. Just the wife and I this trip. Would be a tad expensive for the four kids too.

Loved the clean modern hotel. We loved looking out our window to cobblestone street. Walked to everything!

Ideal hotelPosted Oct 18, 2013
I booked the Hotel St George as it seemed very close to all the site my daughter and I wanted to see. St Peter's was just a 10 minute walk away (probably less if you are a fit young person). Location was important but the St George provided so much more. Friendly staff, good breakfast, roof top terrace, excellent bed and a pillow menu!!!!!

Excellent hotel in ideal locationPosted Sep 21, 2013
Pros: The staff would go out of their way to ensure your stay was everything you expect and more.
Cons: Not a lot.
Location: Central to all major sites.
This is the place to stay if you want an excellent location with friendly efficient staff who cannot do enough for you. Great experience and would recommend it to anyone who expects people to deliver.

Best Hotel in Rome !!!Posted Sep 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
We had a great stay in St George Roma. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. They spoke English. They gave us a map to all the interesting places to visit upon arrival and they were all walking distance from the Hotel. Great Location! Hotel room was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the spa located below the main lobby was exceptional too. The breakfast buffet was the best from all the other 5 hotels we stayed in around Italy! The service from the doormen to the cleaning personnel, the restaurant staff were so helpful and professional. A Great Location to get around as well. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
