A different experience!Posted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: The overall decor, the bed and jacuzzi. The little touches on the 'extras' list, the staff placing rose petals on our bed whilst out for dinner...
Cons: There are no 'common areas', such as a lounge, bar, etc. The washbasin area/amenities could be improved. The street entrance was very unattractive.
Location: Excellent location - very close to Piazza di Spagna and all the central areas of Rome.
The good things: The staff were really excellent - welcoming, very helpful and always friendly. Our room was different - having a jacuzzi in front of the bed was somewhat different! Good fun! The bed itself was great - round in shape and very welcoming. Hanging space was adequate, and the available space in the room was also adequate. The decor was very modern and really appealed, as did the iPad mounted on the wall to provide music etc. The not-so-good things: Our suite had no view at all - just the very unattractive rear of other buildings, so the window was never opened. The washbasin area was standalone and had little shelf space and no typical hotel amenities beyond a tiny piece of soap, together with bath wash, shampoo and conditioner. Our room was in a building on the opposite side of the street to the main reception. Unlike the reception area, which looks great, the entrance to our building was exactly the opposite.

Great little boutique hotelPosted Mar 24, 2015
Cannot recommend this hotel enough, ideally for couples though as it is, in the nicest possible way, a lovers hotel! Breakfast and service superb, perfect location and hey .. any hotel with a glitterball above the bath got to be great right? Come here with your other half, you will love it!

EINFACH NUR TRAUMHAFT !!!Posted Mar 23, 2015

Location: Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza de Spagna Piazza del Popolo and five minute walk to pick up the City sightseeing bus.
From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. What more can I say, the staff were polite, helpful and organised. The Room was clean, attending to daily and the mini bar restocked every morning. Breakfast SUPERB, you made your choice the night before and it arrived exactly the time you requested, laid out on the table and the food top quality.

Excellent location! Friendly staff!Posted Mar 14, 2015
Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - providing us with maps and helpful info as well as ringing for a taxi to take us to the airport.
Cons: The toilet in our room broke twice - it refused to flush - although it was always fixed promptly and staff were very apologetic.
Location: The Spanish Steps were literally 2 minutes up the road - everything else was in walking distance. Trevi Fountation - 10 mins. Colosseum - 20 mins.
I stayed at Suite Sistina with my boyfriend for 5 nights from the 8th March-13th March. Thankfully it was around 2pm and still daylight when we arrived as it was a little confusing trying to find the temporary reception. Once checked in the two very friendly girls at reception offered to carry our bags back across the street to our room which was very nice of them as our room was 70+ steps up a spiral staircase on the 4th floor! A week before arrival I was emailed asking my music preference and what temperature I would like the room at and the room was exactly as I'd asked. The room was absolutely gorgeous - to the right of the front door was the 'bathroom' area - a sink, shower and a separate toilet with sliding door. To the right of the door was a small rail for clothes and in front of the door was the biggest bath I had ever seen in my life! To the left of the bath (in the same room) was a very large circular bed, in front of the bed was a television (only Italian channels I'm afraid, although is that really an issue?) and a free mini bar that was restocked daily and to the left was a window looking over the street below. Every evening a card would be left on the door where you ticked off what you would like for breakfast and at what time you wanted it bringing to your room - it was always served exactly on the dot. Staff were always friendly when serving it. All in all this hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in and I would definitely recommend it.
