Host was exceptional and helped us every day to obtain TAXIs and get to tours. This was a quaint B and B. If you want ultra modern with restaurants and shopping, you may be disappointed. If you want to get a feel for Rome, you will enjoy it here.

Our host was super helpful. The location of this property was prime and in a nice area. You can take a tram down into the main area of Rome. Also 5 minute walk away from legit authentic cafes and restaurants. Recommend this property to anyone visiting Rome

Lost my $10,000 Diamond Ring Band and earrings
My $10,000 wedding ring and band was stolen from my room along with a pair of 1/2 carrot diamonds. I always wear my ring but I looked the door. The only people in the room was the housekeeper and the owner of the of the Bed and Breakfast. I had to run out quite to meet my friends that were picking me up. I spent 3 hours at the police station and my ring was not returned!!! The owner said he would take the tax of my bill but he lied. It was only $60.00 and he refused!! There is a beautiful hotel up the street, Hotel Glori, stay there it is a Luxury Hotel!!

sono circa 15 anni che lavoro nel settore non e mai successa una cosa del genere ho molti dubbi sull'accaduto e non solo io .ma come ha detto l'ospite ridendo, dopo che ha ritirato la denuncia,probabilmente le verra rimborsato dall'assicurazione in quanto al rimborso richiesto dalla "signora" non e assolutamente vero che le avevo promesso il rimborsoanzi se ne andata via senza pagare la tassa di soggiornodopo aver preteso che io pagassi a lei sia la cena che la colazione cosa che giustamente io non ho accettatoper mia cautela e della mia azienda mi riservo di denunciare il fatto alle autorità competenti

The room was clean, the service excellent, and the neighbourhood fantastic. Highly recommend staying here - it's close enough to walk to the center of the city, but also far enough that it's actually quiet at night. The neighbourhood has plenty of good restaurants, cafes, and places to check out. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s a nice place for the price. Room was clean and comfortable. Free parking available if you arrange in advance. Luciano was easy to deal with, limited english, but we figured everything out easy enough. Short walk to Olimpico Stadio. Only disappointment was hallway noise really carried into the room, but it was quiet at night. Overall, I’d recommend it.

Great location near the tram and a park and a few good restaurants and a bar in the park. make sure you make parking arrangements in advance if you are driving. The owners are very nice.

A great stay!
- We were welcomed by Luciano, who was constantly available and very helpful - The room is very comfortable; we had one with a private washroom which was well equipped - The location is close to many of the attractions in Rome's city centre, and is well connected to public transit - PARTICULAR HIGHLIGHT: we drove into the city and parked at the attached parking lot (for FREE!) and explored Rome on foot. Would recommend doing the same. The drive in and out avoids all limited traffic zones, so there is no risk of getting fined - There is included breakfast, which was excellent Overall, a great stay in comfortable accommodations with a very friendly host. Thank you!

Great apartment, Luciano was very helpful with advice about the local area and serving us continental breakfast each morning in our room. The location was perfect. The tram stop was just a little way down the street outside allowing us quick access to the Metro station. Loved the little grocery shops and coffee/panini shops on the same street as the apartment which provided convenient and cheap snacks/meals when with kids in tow. We would definitely stay here again.

I was surprised that the whole building wasn't the hotel. It was just part of the building on the third floor, but the room was excellent and everything was very nice.

Very happy with our stay here; it was apx 2km from central Rome but at such a good price this was well worth it- plus it had a tram and bus route immediately outside. We arrived at 1030pm which was permitted without fuss - this was important as many places only allow check-in up to 7pm. The room was beautifully painted, a good size and an en-suite. It had a few unexpected extras too: mini-fridge with drinks (no charge), shower gels/shampoo, coffee machine & kettle and daily maid service. Breakfast was delivered daily to our room (time agreed via note on door) which was lovely: 2 croissants, Melba toast, yogurt, coffee/tea/juice. Adjacent to the room was a communal kitchen, freely available to all, with open access to more snacks including homemade cake. The suites are on the 3rd floor of an apartment block. The lift was working when we stayed although we usually used the stairs which were no problem. The immediate area is well served by restaurants and bars- we enjoyed eating at the Treebar, Pizzeria Vignola and Gusto all a few minutes walk. A cash point is opposite the Esso station also a few minutes walk away, but this not shown on google maps. We flew from CIA and it cost €50 euros each way - we were unsuccessful trying to use the white taxis which only charge €30..... next time! Thank you Luciano for making our stay very easy.

Great location, good value
Stayed for 3 nights while in Rome - easily travelled to Vatican, coliseum and other tourist locations utilising tram/metro combo from just outside the front door. We stayed in the Dante room - very quiet, perhaps a little small, but completely adequate for our needs as were out most of the day visiting the sights. Bed was very firm, but comfortable. Hot water for shower was a little hit and miss - sometimes none, sometimes enough for one person 1-2min max. Very little water pressure prob related to water saving shower head. Max was very friendly and accommodating - though we skipped the complimentary breakfast offered 3 of 4 mornings we were there, preferring to experience expresso at the cafe near the tram stop like the locals do. Overall, would definitely recommend due to location and value. Ciao Roma.

Excellent location - easy access to public transport to visit all the usual spots. It’s also in a less touristy suburb so you are among normal city living Romans, and away from people in your face trying to flog selfie sticks and bottles of water! :) A b&b, we were in the Dante room for our 3 night stay - small, but completely adequate for our needs. No lounge or communal area - but again not a problem as most of the time we were out and about. Water pressure for the ensuite shower was poor. Hot water was sometimes a little hit and miss - sometimes none, sometimes enough for one 1-2minute shower before running out. And only ever warm, not hot. But overall we would recommend

This place was great! Max was very accommodating with our late check in. Parking on the street was available. If you cant find parking in front of the hotel, there is parking across the street free after 7:00pm and until 8:00am, after that its a few euro per hour. The place was a little hard to find since there is no big sign on the street so be sure to look at pictures of the front of the building online prior to arriving, it helped us know exactly which door to go in. Overall the location was great, Max was great and we would stay here again!

Great home base in Rome
Stayed here with my daughter for a four-day visit to Roma for a wedding. The location is a few blocks away from Piazza del Polpolo but outside of the tourist hubbub. Nice view from the balcony of the Via Flaminia and small park across the street. The room had one queen bed and a single, which was perfect for us. Beautifully decorated with period touches. Breakfast was nothing fancy but was quite adequate, and the coffee was made to order. AC worked fine. Max and his helpers were wonderful hosts. I will stay there again the next time I am in Roma.

Max is a great host. The rooms were very clean comfortable and all day access to the kitchen area was a bonus. We would recommend these suites to any one looking for a quiet convenient and friendly B&B. A convenient 2 tram stops from Rome centre only 5 minutes and very frequent all day into the early hours of the morning.

Max was an incredible host ad made our stay wonderful while we were in Rome. He helped us plan our days and provided us with a map. For us, the breakfast was a little disappointing as we didn't want cake or sweet croissants first thing. Also beware the building as it has graffiti etc on the outside but it is lovely once inside! Apart from this, the place is a gem in an otherwise very expensive city. I would say around a 3* very affordable and friendly B&B.Everything is walking distance.

Me, my girlfriend and my daughter off 1 year old stayed here for one night.But I wish we had stayed there for a few more nights. I have stayed in hotels and b&b in all over the world definitely this is up there with the five star hotels that I've stayed in. The room we stayed in was large ,nice and clean.The breakfast was great as well.The owner Maximiliano is very friendly,helpful and makes you feel as part of the family which is very important when looking after guests I believe. Nothing is a problem for him, he even directed us for Naples to Rome.Which can be a bit tricky and complicated motorways system. If you are looking to stay in Rome, No need to look any further this is definitely the place to stay. When we return to Rome in the summer there is no question that we will be staying here for sure. This is five***** star commendation at a great price. My advice just book it. You won't be disappointed

XWe thought Marco was very nice but he was just not there. The location was great. Very near the Tram. It advertises breakfast but there was not much of a choice so we ate out each morning. The air conditioning worked very well and we needed it since it was so hot in Rome. They do have a washer and dryer and that was handy. For the price, it was a good stay.

Nice and clean room, very comfortable bed. The location is just outside of the north of city center but public transportation is very near and easy. The breakfast is a bit dissapointing though. Marco was however very helpful and welcoming . I would stay there again.

Good place to stay!
We stayed here for 3 nights and found the staff helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, well decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was a standard continental. Added extras which were handy was free use of a computer and coffee making facilities. The location while about a 10 -15 min walk from the centre, however this was good for food on an evening at more reasonable prices. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.
