Exceptional Comfort and Service Above and Beyond
Posted Jan 27, 2013
We chose this hotel for our 30th wedding anniversary and were very pleased with our experience. We arrived exhausted and missing luggage. We used the car service from the airport to the hotel and the driver waited for us despite the delay - this service is highly recommended and you can arrange it by calling or Emailing the hotel before your arrival. Our room (an art suite) was very comfortable with a sitting area, excellent bath-tub equipped bathroom and a king bed which was exceptionally comfortable - most importantly, it was quiet at night. The concierge and reception staff were truly amazing and provided "over the top" service and attention to detail - thank you Antonio and everyone! One tip - if you have warm water instead of hot, call reception right away and have them reset the heating system and it will be fixed. Overall, we highly recommend the First Art Luxury Hotel in Rome!

Great location and impeccable service

We enjoyed this hotel very much. Near excellent shopping and convenient to the tourist areas. What we really enjoyed was the attention to detail. Champagne to greet us in our suite, excellent finishes throughout, and great service. Also ample staff fluent in multiple languages.

Absolutely beautiful! The bathroom was gorgeous and large with two vanities, although dark. The sitting room and bedroom were separate. We will stay here next time!

Great hotel for a couple
Posted Jan 22, 2013
Pros: Customer service
Cons: Bar prices
Location: pleasant area and in waling distance to most major attractions
The customer service that we received from the hotel staff was exemplary in every way. The hotel itself is fabulously designed with a great feel to it. Location is very good and within walking distance of many of the major attractions to Rome. My only concern would be the bar prices which were nothing short of a rip-off although that seems to be the case with most places in Rome anyway (be on your guard).

Comfortable hotel for couples

Pros: The room and martinis
Cons: Breakfast prices
Location: Perfect for shops, food, evening drinks in the square, and walking to Villa Borghese, Trevi Fountains, and Spanish Steps
Friendly staff offering great customer service. We received an upgrade too on arrival which added to the quality of our stay. We didn't eat at the hotel apart from for breakfast, but the food was excellent although a little over-priced. The cocktails from the bar were excellent and the service from the bar staff was always very attentive. The location of the hotel was perfect for walking through Villa Borghese or to the Trevi Fountains and Spanish Steps, or to the Metro for a short train to everywher else in the City. The hotel recommended a number of restaurants but they were quite far from the hotel, however less than a few minutes from the hotel were two small restaurants - La Buca di Ripetta and Ad-hoc - serving fantastic food and wine, with great service whilst not treating us or feeding us like tourists either.

Perfect Stay In Rome
Posted Jan 22, 2013
Quite possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was luxurious with an enormous bed - but cosy and a home from home for a few days. The hotel is also in a great position, couple of minutes walk from Via del Corso, which links to Via Condotti, Piazza di Spagna and the Spanish Steps. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will definitely be staying here again. We didn't want to come home!

Just lovely

I selected this hotel because it looked modern and comfortable..and also because it was rated highly for service. Like all major tourist locations you can get some very mixed experiences in the city, so this was important to me. I'm happy to say the service was personal, friendly and delightful. It made all the difference not just to my experience of the hotel, but of the enjoyment of my stay in Rome.

I wished I stayed an extra night because this hotel was wonderful. Unlike other hotels in Europe, it was spacious and comfortable. The service was great and the hotel staff was friendly. I loved it.

luxurious accomodation - good location
Posted Jan 14, 2012
Pros: Accomodation was luxurious and stylish - very comfortable bed.
Cons: No atmostphere in bar/restaurant and very expensive coffee!
Location: good central location - within walking distance of all attractions
Went to Rome to celebrate husbands 50th birthday on long weekend. The hotel staff were very helpful and gave us advise on places to visit and restaurants - they booked everything for us including online tickets for tourist attractions. We were upgraded to a junior suite - the room was very tastefully decorated, spacious and spotless. the bed was huge and very comfortable. It was also quiet at night. the hotels location was convenient for walking to all the attractions and shops. the only downside was that there wasnt much of an atmostphere in the bar/restaurant - in fact it was very quiet. We didnt have breakfast or eat in the hotel as there are so many nice cafe's and restaurants in the local area. We only had one small cup of coffee in the hotel which cost 5eur each! I would definately recommend this hotel for its accomodation and helpful staff.
