Charming InnPosted Apr 7, 2015
Pros: The quiet location in the middle of the Roman Forum was fantastic. Additionally, the staff was so friendly and eager to help.
Location: The Coliseum is a 10 minute walk, and the Roman Forum is around the corner. Gli Angeletti and Corte Del Grillo Osteria were both fabulous restaurants
This is a beautiful inn on a quiet, side street away from the crowds, but it is an easy walk to the Roman Forum, the Coliseum, the Pantheon, restaurants and shopping. The staff was so friendly and gave great advice on restaurants and sites to see. The rooftop breakfast each morning was wonderful with pastries, fresh fruit, bacon and a variety of meats, and eggs prepared upon request. The only negative was the room, although clean and very comfortable, was a bit small and on a lower level so the window had a view of pipes and the side of the building. The friendly service, central location, and quiet location outweighed any negatives with the room.

Excellent hotel in central locationPosted Apr 4, 2015
Pros: Location, quietness, staff, food.
Cons: It was difficult to achieve a satisfactory room temperature, using the heater and air conditioner.
Location: Very close to the Forum, Capitol, Colosseum and other ancient sites.
Excellent facilities and very quiet despite its central location. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Very good selection of food in the breakfast buffet. We will certainly come here again.

A Real Boutique HotelPosted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: Luxurious hotel without being pompous and a great location for walking all over Rome in every direction. Great little restaurants nearby too.
Location: Colosseum is a couple of minutes walk away and the hotel sits in the hub of old Rome but still manages to be a quiet refuge in the City.
Lots of hotels call themselves boutique but this really was. 19 rooms, in the heart of the Forum area of Rome, excellent personal service from everyone we met and wonderful rooms. An excellent breakfast and a lovely garden up at roof top level giving great views and an area of calm in a very busy city.

Truly a Roman ExperiencePosted Mar 4, 2015
Pros: Jacuzzi bath was a plus after hours of walking on cobble stoned roads and marble museum floors. Excellent customer service.
Cons: Room was small for a 7 day stay.
Wonderful location within blocks of Roman forum and in walking distance for many Roman sights. Quiet restful atmosphere at hotel. Generous breakfast buffet with choice of style of eggs each morning. Has character decor with charming outdoor patio and garden. Small family Italian restaurants just a few blocks away. The choice of this hotel added to the success of our Roman vacation.

Hidden CharmPosted Feb 16, 2015
We booked online, looking for a boutique hotel, and found the best of 3 places we stayed. Super friendly and attentive staff, great accommodations, delicious assortment of breakfast foods (European style AND scrambled eggs), and a 5-8 happy hour on the roof top! So convenient to Ancient Rome and don't be afraid of trying the metro! We will be back and recommend to anyone coming to Rome.

LOVE the Inn at the Roman Forum!Posted Dec 28, 2014
Pros: VERY quiet, authentic experience. Staff VERY helpful! The night-time concierge stood out with me in the pre-dawn darkness to make sure I got my cab!
Cons: The entrance system to their "Annex" rooms is a bit confusing. Just pay attention and everything will be fine.
Location: Small shopping area at bottom of hill and several nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Colusseum only a short walk away and Forum across the road.
Very small hotel tucked away near the Colosseum and Forum. Quiet neighborhood up the hill from restaurants and some shopping. Walking distance to almost everything except the Vatican. Staff excellent and rooms very quiet and nicely decorated. The main building has a small portion of Forum excavations just behind the check-in desk - go look! Not particularly a place for small children or those with physical disabilities, but generally a wonderful experience. Will return here ASAP!

A Gem at the top of the StepsPosted Nov 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
An unexpected bonus of a stay. Hotel is the ultimate boutique venue with wonderful staff and charming setting. The rooftop lounge area is delightful, making breakfast a special treat. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Toughest part is finding the hotel but once you do, you're set. Location is great by the forum in a less hectic area.
