Visit 24th Feb 15Posted Mar 1, 2015
Pros: Location, friendly staff
Cons: Recondition annex rooms
Location: Great location to visit all sites in Rome
We paid and were placed in a superior room (in the annex, which was sold to us by the lady on reception as a great idea). However as we were a late check in we clearly got the last, worst room. The carpet in the room was filthy covered in some substance, I know not what!, also the last occupants, underwear was still in one of the drawers. We did complain about the state of the room, however as it was by then quite late and although the receptionist did say there was a choice of a small room in the main hotel, the opportunity to move room was denied to us. This all being said the staff were superb and moved us to an upgraded Executive room in the main hotel the next day, which was lovely. The common parts and general condition of this part of the hotel were far superior to the annex. Great location, great staff, nice main hotel, just make sure you are not in the annex (by paying the extra for a better room) and if you like quiet you are not facing the street.

Las habitaciones preciosas. El lugar inmejorable, a 100 metros de la escalinata. El quinto piso para los desayunos y meriendas encantador y muy acojedor, no te querias ir. Y la terraza genial

The place you MUST stay in for Roma!Posted Jan 20, 2015
Pros: Everything was clean, staff were pleasant and at night time it is nice and quiet.
Location: in close proximity to the pantheon, trevi fountain and piazza del poppolo, lots of restaurants and designer stores
From the moment we checked in, the whole experience was exceptional. The staff were super friendly and made the stay very pleasant. They were helpful in suggesting the must-sees of Roma and nothing seemed to be of any sort of inconvenice to them at all. Breakfast was included and was great to start the day with a good breakfast and caffe. I highly recommend this for your visit to Roma and will definately stay here for my next visit. The location is literally 50m from the Spanish Steps and is surrounded by the best designer stores to shop your heart out. It is in waling distance to the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Del Poppolo, The Pantheon and even the Vatican. Spagna Metro station is nearby to visit other parts of Rome too. There are also loads of Restaurants to choose from. The Inn At the Spanish Steps really made our visit to Roma memorable!

Lovely hotel, perfect location!Posted Jan 18, 2015
Took my girlfriend here for a couple days as a birthday present and my god did we love it! Check in process was easy, they say us down and made us comfortable while they sorted it out, then they apologised because they upgraded us to a room two grades above the room we paid for and it was free so that made the experience great before it had even started. Location of the hotel is great, you're right at the beginning of the Via De Condotti which is the main shopping street with all the expensive shops like your Gucci and Luis Vitton etc. The spanish steps are literally right there on your left as soon as you step out of the hotel. The breakfast was lovely, they have a nice little room on the 5th floor where you can eat but you can also go and sit on the terrace outside and enjoy breakfast on the rooftop which was fantastic! All in all I can't fault anything about the hotel, the room was great the staff we're great everything was great and I would definitely go back again!

Very comfortable hotel - prestigeous shopping areaPosted Dec 17, 2014
Pros: It was most convenient for our needs and gave immediate access to the shops and nearby restaurants.
Cons: If I could improve anything I would say that some of the room furnishings (wardrobe, drawers etc) were showing their age.
Location: The location is ideal for the very best in shopping, a wide choice of restaurants and within walking distance of many major attractions.
The hotel staff were most helpful and very professional. The hotel is located in possibly Rome's most upmarket shopping area and a stone's throw from the Spanish Steps. It was nice that the hotel takes the trouble to write to you in advance of your arrival with information on your room and the choice of pillows, sheets etc. I was given the impression they really cared and would not hesitate in returning.

Lovely, small hotel in perfect locationPosted Dec 1, 2014
Pros: Location, staff, breakfast or tea/drinks on the beautiful terrace.
Cons: The rooms are quite small, though attractive and comfortable. Don't know that this can be improved.
Location: Tons of things to do nearby! Museums, shopping, the Villa Borghese are all near at hand. And a lovely 20 minute + walk to the Vatican.
I spent the Thanksgiving week here with my 20-year-old daughter. This hotel is lovely and comfortable with helpful staff. And in the perfect location for exploring the city.

Centralt hotell med lyxkänslaPosted Nov 19, 2014
Pros: Utmärkt läge mittemellan shopping och sevärdheter. Mycket trevlig personal. Liten men mysig matsal. Gratis snacks på eftermiddagarna. Utmärkt service.
Cons: Frukosten är god och riklig, men mer av kakor och frukt än yoghurt och musli.
