Great Staff! They are helpful and kind. They are improving the property, it will be even better next time. We couldn't use the rooftop terrace because they were renovating. They include all the essentials and have a great location.

The location was excellent. 4 blocks to the Vatican. All sorts of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Hotel staff was excellent and very helpful. Room was nice and clean and had a balcony view of St. Peters. Short taxi ride to the Colosseum. Wonderful experience overall!

great hotelPosted Aug 10, 2013
Pros: The gym and basement were very good and air conditioning in the apartment.
Location: Great location- in the middle of rome
The hotel was very good; staff were helpful, there was free WiFi in apartment and it has a great locaton. Very good hotel. Also, the best way to go sightseeing is to buy a Roma pass which enables you to have free travel and free entry to two buildings.

Family trip to RomePosted Aug 9, 2013
Location: Within walking distance to Vatican City, Trastevere, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Villa Borghese.
Our family of four took our family vacation to Rome July 25-Aug.2, 2013. We had booked the one bedroom apartment at Trianon Borgo Pio with two extra single beds in the living area. When we arrived, we were very pleasantly surprised at the size, cleanliness, and location of the apartment. The apartment was updated, bright and cheerful, with a modern bathroom. We had read many reviews about Rome accommodations being cramped, but our family had plenty of room and storage. The kitchen was equipped and we ate breakfast in our apartment everyday before venturing out. There are laundry facilities in the basement, which we did utilize. The staff was helpful in arranging transportation for us to and from the airport. Although this was a little more expensive than a cab, it was worth it because it was a large van with plenty of space, plus the convenience of not having to find a cab at 3:00 am when we had to leave for the airport. Trianon's location for us was perfect, very close to Vatican City. Also very quiet at night and good restaurants and a small grocery nearby. We were out at night after having dinner, and we felt the neighborhood was safe. We would definitely recommend the Trianon Borgo Pio to anyone planning to visit Rome.

Apartment hotel - nice surprisePosted Aug 4, 2013
Location: Close to he Vatican and to the Victor Emmanuel bridge over the Tiber. It's located in an older neighborhood with stone buildings, narrow cobblestone
Rooms are large, clean and the lobby and elevators modern. Kitchen is stocked with pots, plates, utensils, etc. Bathroom is large and well lit. Office staff very helpful. A great deal!

Great family space 5 min away from the VativanPosted Aug 4, 2013
Pros: Air con, space, interior and close to daily shopping needs and the Vatican
Location: Quit location, walking distance to many of Rome's main attractions and bus stations,
The hotel was in a good position and fully air conditioned The rooms were spacious and clean at arrival. All the facilities were in a working condition and a faulty kettle was replaced immediately. The staff were supportive and helpful all the time. We would stay there again. However, we expected another television other than the one in the main bedroom as there were six of us. Also, no floor cleaning or change of towels took place during the whole of six days stay.

Clean and great locationPosted Aug 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
We were on a family vacation to Rome. I have two teenagers and regular hotels rooms are really not so great anymore. This hotel/apartment was great. for about the same price for a single room, we had three bedrooms, two baths and a kitchen! We arrived three hours early, but our room was ready and we were thrilled to see we had a peekaboo view of the Vatican dome! The room was clean, and quiet and recently remodeled. The location is great, you can walk to the Vatican and there are many restaraunts within a block or two. I would highly recommend.

Perfect family apartment in great Rome location!Posted Aug 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our family of 6 arrived several hours before check-in and our room was ready within a half hour of arrival. While we waited they had a nice room with couches to relax. The location is ideal just 2 minutes walk from the Vatican and close to the metro. Beds for all 6 of us including 3 separate bedrooms and 2 baths. Very quiet and restful with great air conditioning (it was 100 degrees outside and cool inside). Couldn't have been more happy with our stay.

nice hotel and good locationPosted Jul 31, 2013
It's a nice, good and convient appartment hotel, close to Vantican(less than 8min walk), Metro(about 10 min walk), grocery store (2 min walk) and good breakfast places. It's nice to take walks every evening along the river or Vatican church (St. John Church). We took Metro to Spanish Steps then walk from there to Trevi Fountain, to the Pantheon church, to river side, to the castle (Castel Sant'Angelo?) near the river and back to hotel, yes, walk all the way back to hotel. Rooms are big with very good AC and clean. Definiately will stay there again and recommend it to my friends.
