“Fantastic all round”

Brogo Pio 2000 is a great place to stay, very clean, all the things you need provided and a great team to support you with whatever you might need (sorting out taxis, providing free internet access, extra towels and giving advice on what to see and do). I just love it there as it is the most uncomplicated place to stay.

“Very large rooms. Basically a home away from home.”

Nice area. Very quiet at night. Lots of places to catch a snack or meal. A little grocery store is very close. Not a great area for bars, dancing etc. Very close to the vatican and Castle St Angel.

“Great place for families”

The apartment was clean and big enough that we were not all cramped. It was also in a beautiful little neighborhood close to the Vatican and Castel San Angelo and just right across the river from Piazza Navona, Pantheon and Treve Fountain. Would have stayed a month if we could.

“just have to stay here”

this is a very nice hotel, we loved it. big appartment , good space and very clean and nice on our arrivel day:) it is very nice lookeded:):)in the heart of the city. we would stay here again:)

“Fantastic place”

Having recently stayed at the Trianon Borgo Pio we found it suited ours needs very well. The apartment was spacious and air conditioned, which was a godsend in the Roman August heat! The apartment consisted of 3 bedrooms, one of which doubled as a lounge, a kitchenette and a bathroom. These were all of a reasonable size and accommodated our family of five very well. The building also contained a small gym, internet room, lounge, launderette and small snack room with vending machines. The accommodation was a ‘stones throw’ from Vatican City and Castel Sant’ Angelo and close by to good restaurants and transport links. The office was open limited hours and the staff were very helpful and spoke good English. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for the independence which a hotel does not offer and we would certainly stay there again.

“Cant wait to go back!”

We arrived at the hotel and the check in went very smoothly. We were given details of the hotel, places to buy food and restaurants near by the hotel which were quite helpful too. The room was just like our own little apartment. We overlooked a courtyard with a fountain in it. Was very quiet at nght which is always good on holiday. The room was big enough for a couple. The shower was spacious, the bathroom was nice and very clean. The bedroom had wardrobes, cupboards, bedside lamps and drawers next to the bed so plent of room for clothes! The tv had quite a few channels most of them in italian but did have bbc news! and we hardly watched tv anyway. The kitchen had a kettle, fridge, freezer compartment, dining room table and a hob - this was pretty handy because of the supermarket 1minute away, so we could easily stock up on food. There was also a lovely restaurant opposite the supermarket so not far away at all. The hotel has a internet room, a lounge and a snack bar downstairs - overall it was very good! very pleased with our stay! Plus a bonus was only being a 5minute walk from the vatican! Very impressed!

“Great place to stay”

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is ideally located for sightseeing and shopping, close to transport connections, and eating establishments. Our one bedroom apartment was very comfortable and we ate a lot of our meals in. We would definitely stay again and would also recommend it to others.

“Apartment for family very nice for visit to Rome!”

We rented an apartment for 7 days - living room with sofa bed for our kids (12 and 16), kitchen, bathroom, and large bedroom for spouse and me. The location was terrific - close walking distance to St. Peter's Square, lots of restaurants in the area, very safe neighborhood. Air conditioning, microwave, small efficiency kitchen, lovely for basic needs. We all loved staying here - while no frills, we felt very at home and enjoyed our stay. I would go back to these apartments anytime, and it was nice for our kids to have a homey feeling and such a nice neighborhood. St. Peter's Square was so nice to walk to every night - lovely, but without the overwhelming crowds we found at the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain. We walked everywhere in Rome from Borgo Pio - and had a terrific time! The apartment was quiet at night, on a quiet street, with a small grocery store nearby, so we had everything we needed. Our kids loved Rome - they felt very welcome, and any attempt at speaking Italian was rewarded and encouraged.

“Home in Rome”

We just wanted a relaxed long weekend in a warmer place. Borgo Pio 2000 was perfect for us. The location was excellent. The rooms were spacious, and the kitchen was really great. We stayed in Rome just like living there. We found wonderful restaurants near by. .

First class experience with Trianon Borgo Pio. Excellent situation convenient to Express Bus and Vatican City. The apartment was larger that anticipated - very clean and comfortable. Lots of 'soft' towels provided. Kitchen provision was good. Reception staff were very welcoming and most helpful A very quiet neightbourhood which benefited from a 'village atmosphere'. Lots of little shops providing all that was necessary for our stay. Will recommend to our friends most definitely.
