“Very Modern Hotel in Great Location”

I chose this hotel because it was very close to the main Train/Metro station. Only about 2 blocks away. The hotel was very modern and clean. The rooms were on the small side but very efficient. They had a free breakfast that included scrambled eggs, variouos meats, cereals, and breads/pastries. The coffee machine made cappuccino, hot chocolate, lattes, etc. The front desk staff spoke excellent english and all of them were extremely polite and helpful. Fantastic value.

“good hotel”

We were only there 1 night and had to catch a plane early the next morning. The room was clean and the staff were helpful. The location was just fine from our standpoint.

“Great Hotel!”

I really enjoyed my stay at the Yes hotel. Since I was a single traveler I had a room for 1 and it was tiny. But i really liked it anyway. The hotel was very clean and decorated with a modern classy look. The hotel was 5 minutes walking to the Metro so it was convenient to get around. Just make sure when you come back to the hotel not to exit to the other side of the metro, it's is a sketchy area. But don't worry, i was alone and felt safe in all Rome on my own. Just one bad spot. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. It was so important since not everyone speaks English. Bring a translator and italian phrase books or an italian dictionary. You will use them. Italians like to see you make th effort to communicate and in some you have no choice since they don't speak English. So have fun and enjoy the Yes Hotel! I really liked it, would stay there again and give it a 5!

Area recommendations
Some people stay in the Center of Rome where you see all the monuments. But I preferred being away from the main area. When i walked to those areas it was hot and crowded. It felt too busy and hectic. I liked being away from the crowds by the Termini (where my hotel is located is the good part). The Termini is a metro station so you can get anywhere from this area.
Getting around
If you are up for excising, grab a map and start walking. It took me about 25 minutes to get the colosseum. The metro is a better option if you are tired and want to get around quickly. As for transport to the hotel, pay for a round trip shared shuttle ticket. It is well priced and worth it. You share the shuttle trip but it does not take long to get to the airport. Plus you get a free hotel tour while the shuttle drops off other people at their hotels. :)

“Fantastic hotel more than we hoped for”

Had a wonderful stay...great breakfast and extremely helpful staff especially Angelo w ho went out of his way to help three older ladies from Canada... we definitely enjoyed our time at this hotel.

Area recommendations
We were happy being close to the train station as we used the underground daily and a trip to Florence...it was close walking distance to everything

“Near location from Termini Station”

Yes Hotel is located in the middle of near by Hotels group. Good location (5 min walk) from Termini for heavy baggage travelers. Room is not so wide, but I always go outside for tour. No nice restaurants or super markets to buy, but you can find them in Termini station. Two chinese restaurants is near by. Cheap, large volume and clean. Recommend to stay by asian peopels

“Perfect Budget Hotel for Room”

Steps from Rome Termini, which made for a convenient stay. Quiet and not sketchy despite being super close the train station. Nice that you get free breakfast. A couple of restaurants nearby but nothing to shake a stick at - definitely wander past the Termini or by subway to experience Italy's food and cultural options. The room was spacious and clean / comfortable. We stayed on the front end of our trip and weren't worried about our return after a longer Italian vacation on the last day prior to the airport.

“can't wait oto go back...very impressed”

We stayed at YES hotel for 4 nights and we were so happy with this hotel. The location was very close to the Termini station and the staff was super nice. Then room was very clean and recently renovated. Strongly recommed and I'll be back when I'm in Rome. Much better than 4 star hotel.s

“Definite recommendation”

Would definitely recommend the YES hotel. Close to Termini, which was convenient for the Leonardo express to DaVinci airport. Single rooms were small but am happy to give up the space if rooms continue as they are. Found them very modern and comfortable. Looks like you paid more than you do

“Effecient hotel, convenient to Termini”

We stayed one night at YES hotel the night on our way through Rome. Our room was comfortable and clean, but on the ground floor and somewhat loud since it backed on an alley with many parked scooters. YES hotel is close to Termini and therefore convenient for travelers, but is not in a nice neighborhood and you'll likely find yourself walking some distance for meals and taking public transport to reach the sights.
