Great Location, Great Hotel!Posted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: - close to the Metro - free breakfast - great rooms! - decent price for amenities offered - hot tub - luxury experience
Cons: - complimentary drink service was non existent - hot tub is only open certain hours - shuttle is not on time but runs often - very expensive dining
Location: Just a quick 5 minute walk to Crystal City Metro and Shops which allows for plenty of options! No need for a car.
The hotel was super clean and nice! We took advantage of the hotel shuttle, free breakfast, hot tub, and close walking distance to Crystal City Metro/Shopping area. The suite was huge and laid out well. The convenience of getting into the city in just a short Metro ride was fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again!

Close to metroPosted Mar 19, 2015
Breakfast and cocktail hour were great. I believe they had a shuttle to the metro, but we walked. The man at the front desk the day of our arrival was fabulous, even talked to my children. The only bad thing was our keys kept stopping working and no one ever apologized.

Mixed emotionsPosted Feb 28, 2015
Pros: Convenient location, near metro stops, eateries and shopping. A free shuttle, hot breakfast and happy hour were appreciated and enjoyed..
Cons: Better TV channel selection, faster wi-fi, breakfast was tasty but lukewarm.
Spent 2 nights in the hotel over a weekend in February with my daughter and husband. Beds were comfortable, room was quiet. The room temperature fluctuated but we adjusted.

Close to D.C.Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: The breakfast, staff, cleanliness, and location. I would also recommend the Calamari sandwich. Great taste and not too chewy.
Cons: Free internet!
Location: They have a shuttle that gets you to the Metro line where you get to the Mall/Smithsonian, Arlington Cemetery, the Pentagon and more.
The staff was very nice and the breakfast was better than most. The pillows in the room were way too soft. I would bring my pillows from home if I were to stay there again. We were there during a very cold spell and the atrium area where you would drink or eat was too cold and breezy. It is more due to the design of the building. What I didn't like was you paid for internet service! Paying for parking in the D.C. area I can understand that but internet? I have always enjoyed Embassy Suites in the past. I would probably look for another hotel in the D.C. area that was comparable.

Close to DC, good pricePosted Feb 8, 2015
This hotel has a good location, 7 minute to the National Mall. The free breakfasts are always good at the chain, and the evening happy hours were a pleasant surprise. The lobby was beautifully renovated, while the suite we stayed in seemed dated but reasonable clean. For some reason we were put in a handicap ro so we had no tub and when you take a shower, the water just ran everywhere in the bathroom and became a disaster.

This hotel was conveniently located.Posted Jan 21, 2015
Pros: Everything! I was there with a large group 24+. They arrange special shuttles to take us places and gave information on tours for our group to enjoy.
Cons: At times it was extremely noisy. I think this was mainly due to the fact that there were a lot of children staying in the hotel a the time.
Location: I was located in Embassy Suites Crystal City near the Ronald Regan Airport. We were very close to the Pentagon City Metro which was a Convenience.
The hotel was great! The hotel staff was outstanding!! I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Great stay. Access to DC and sites is easyPosted Jan 17, 2015
Would recommend overall. We were there in January and the weather was very cold. We expected outside to be cold. The hotel's entrance doors were open a lot, tho, and that made the restaurant and seating ,common areas too cold to enjoy. Happy hour cold, breakfast cold Poor concierge employees very cold. Other times of the year would be better...OR rotational doors, Rooms was great and comfort in the room spot on

Great locationPosted Jan 15, 2015
This hotel was great. The staff was genuinely nice and helpful. My boyfriend and I came for a trip to the Verizon Center to catch a Wizards game. The Verizon Center was not far at all. I called front desk for a cab and had one in about 5 minutes. The room was clean and nice. I'm a bit of a germaphobic and I had no problem with it. I didn't spot one dirty spot or anything. When we first got in the room there was a problem with the heat. Maintenance came and fixed it quickly and all was well. If I had to list one improvement it would be that the furniture looks a little outdated. But it was not really a problem. It didn't look dirty or run down, just not fashionable. Other than that, this hotel was wonderful. It was in a great location to restaurants and DC and I would absolutely stay here again.
