Decent hotel - central location close to many attractions. Pleasant staff, good breakfast, decent-sized clean room. Would stay there again.

Very Good
Convenient location, nice staff - there was only one issue. There was no hair dryer in the room as specified in the listing. When we phoned reception to borrow one, we were told there would be a fee. Spoke with the manager upon check out, he apologized for the mistake and allowed extra time to return to room and dry hair with no cost / borrowed hair dryer.

great value for price
The hotel was clean, comfortable, very very convinient to all central shopping in Rosario. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, the only complaint was a somewhat surlyattitude from one of the male servers in the coffee shop, otherwise would definitely stay here again. Great value for the price!

First rate customer service.
I arrived from Mendoza on the overnight bus at 7:00am, so obviously very early for normal check-in and was expecting a long wait before checking in. I was immediately shown a room with 2 single beds, which I declined, then a room with a double bed (which was my request when I booked the room), but someone had been smoking in this non-smoking room, so again I declined. Minutes later I was given a non-smoking room with a double bed. The room was not large but of sufficient size to make may stay very comfortable. To add icing to this wonderful reception they offered a complimentary buffet breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I stayed there 6 days and ate nearly all my meals in their restaurant which more than met my needs. Reception went the extra mile all the time. I needed to phone my girlfriend and I could not make the connection, they phoned from reception and allowed a short conversation with no charge! If I return to Rosario I will definitely stay here again. Thanks to all at Hotel Presidente.

My wife and I enjoyed the hotel very much. This is the second time that we stayed there. Very nice people serving otrer people.

The Best Housekeeping staff
The housekeeping staff was oustanding - they came in to check the cleanlines of our room at least 3 times a day! They changed towels often and left candy when they turned down the bed. The Hotel is very centrally located.

Para trabajar es un buen lugar a buen precio
La estadía fue buena, es un hotel bien mantenido y la gente es muy amable en la atención Siendo que es imposible salir a cenar por las restricciones del COVID, la carta no es muy amigable al igual que la carta de vinos.

Todo muy bien. Cumplió con mis expectativas. Para destacar la atención del personal y el completo desayuno. Para mejorar, el hecho de que este la cochera a la vuelta del hotel, deberían contar con personal que se encargue de lleve y traer el auto desde y hasta la puerta del hotel (si existe este servicio, a mi no me lo ofrecieron. Con gusto lo hubiese utilizado).

Péssimo Custo x Benefício
O Hotel Presidente não é uma boa escolha A nota 8.6 atribuida ao hote não condiz com a realidade. Quanto à limpeza do hotel, havia mofo no box do banheiro. O ar condicionado era ruidoso. O colchão era antigo, muito macio e com molas irregulares que machucavam o corpo ao deitar. A reserva só permitia pagamento direto ao hotel., então na hora do checkout, o valor que aparecia em Reais na reserva do Hoteis.com foi convertido em moeda local e o valor subiu R$ 10,00. Além disso queriam me cobrar embutido um imposto para cidadãos argentinos no valor de 26%. Só depois de reclamar que um outro funcionário da recepção tirou uma cópia do meu passaporte e cartão de credito e retirou a cobrança do imposto. Pra finalizar, minha esposa esqueceu o carregador de celular no quarto e quando voltamos, 4 horas depois para recuperá-lo, informaram que nada havia sido encontrado no quarto do hotel. Não recomendo esse hotel. Existem outros mais baratos e melhores localizados que o Presidente e principalmente com uma cama confortável para uma boa noite de sono.

DISGUSTO CON LA CUENTA
Ya en mi domicilio, al poner en orden mis cuentas, reparé en que la factura del hotel ascendía, entre otros items, a 10.822,25 pesos argentinos por concepto de alojamiento. La reserva de habitación comunicaba que el hotel me cobraría US$ 195.00. Obviamente, me cobraron demás. Una avivada criolla más, para el que no está atento. Lamentable por el prestigio del hotel

La primera habitación que nos dieron no era buena , no funcionaban varias cosas así que avisamos y nos cambiaron a una muy superior ! El desayuno buffet buenísimo, la pileta y todo el sector excelente!

Bra läge, men med brister.
Dålig engelska i receptionen. Försökte lägga på 21% turistskatt, men jag upptäckte och det justerades. Fönster i rummet men husvägg 2meter bort. Undvik rum 229. Bra pool på taket.

Un muy buen hotel; gente amable, habitación cómoda, en perfecto estado, acogedora. Si bien la zona tiene poca vida en la noche, el bar del hotel con pista de baile se puso muy entretenido con una cantante excelente

Excelente hotel para estadias laborales. Fue muy placentera la estadía aunque tuve muy poco tiempo para disfrutarla Muy buen desayuno y ameno el lugar para desayunar Seguramente volvere en la primera oportunidad que tenga Es un hotel para recomendar

Excelente hotel, en el cual se llevó a cabo un curso del que fui organizadora. Tanto la habitación como el salón del curso fueron muy cómodos y la organización muy buena.
