Nice view, staff friendly, good breakfast. The fan/heater cooling system is loud had to shut it off, road noise loud.

Shower was dirty. Bathroom sink was stopped up and extremely slow to drain. Greasy smudge on the shower door. Heater was very noisy and put out little heat so room was cool on a cold night.

Danelle at Front Desk is outstanding with customer service. Very nice remodeled rooms with super comfy beds and beautiful riverfront garden views. I will stay here again when I come back to Roseburg.

Everyone was incredibly sweet & helpful! They provided us a map with a bunch of restaurants/food options around town. Our room was very clean & the continental breakfast was nice as well. Our only worry was a homeless camp set up close by and the thin walls. but overall it was a good place to stop!

Very pleasant staff, we had our fur baby with us and they give you a doggie bag, which was cool. The only issue was that expedia says pet stay free which is not the case, we had to pay 15.00 pet fee.. which is not bad our girl weights 8 lbs.. still would definitely stay there again.

The beds were very comfortable. Our TV didn’t work, but we only stayed the night as a pit stop so it wasn’t a problem. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

The staff was super nice, very fast check in, I had a room with a balcony with the view of the river and it was stunning. I thought it would be louder with the motel near the main road, but it was actually pretty quiet. I would definitely stay here again,

The room wasn’t the cleanest. Bedsheets had hairs all over them. Luckily we had our own bedding. We could hear our neighbors conversations but they were quiet throughout the night. Bugs in the corner near smoke detector, caught in a spider web. Shower shelves were dirty, perhaps sand? Not sure. The customer service desk has great service and friendly staff. Breakfast provided if requested.

My husband and I have stayed here previously. We like the location right off the freeway. The rooms are spacious, clean comfortable bed, good lighting, view of the river, quiet. Also, a variety of options for dining. I wish that the heating system functioned better. We set the thermostat at 77 yet with a few thin coverlets were cold all night. The outside temperature was low 40s. I should have arisen and donned more clothing to sleep better…next time.

Not as nice as Expedia listing stated 8.2. Really old hotel that they did there best to make nice / average. Put it at 6.8.. staff was nice. Wifi didn't work. Homeless camp close by 100 yds. Trash truck pulled in at 5a.m.

Great location and nice folks. The room was out of the 60s; clean but dated. No bathroom fan, shower head was so restricted that I could barely rinse off and the “breakfast” is just snacks. Other than that it’s well located.

Pet friendly, excellent service from front desk staff. Bedding and bowls offered for service animals, wonderful surprise. Only complaint we had is that u there we so few outlets, it was difficult to charge cell phones. Had to use the bathroom outlet. Good place for the price.

Staff were great. Pet friendly. Rooms weren't as advertised. Woke up at 11pm to extremely loud noise from the room above us. You could hear the people in their room, rolling things around, & their dog pacing for 15 minutes. Called front desk & changed rooms. Next room-the temp control was broke on heater & the remote didn't work. Hardly any blankets to sleep with. Was like sleeping with 3 sheets.

This property is easy to get to and convenient. The rooms were small but clean and were adequate for what we needed. The price was so inexpensive and it was actually a great value for what it is. Comfortable beds, decent shower water pressure and you can place an order the night before for breakfast the next morning. One downside is your room cleaning is on a 3 day rotation so we had to get extra towels from the office.
