Staff at both time of check-in and at breakfast were very friendly and helpful even though I did not speak French. Room was clean and comfortable. No issue with parking. Great value for the price.

The property is in close association with SPA Finlandaise, the reason for many to choose this hotel. The SPA is awesome and across the street of the hotel

We stayed for 2 nights. Hotel was comfortable and staff let us check in early. The continental breakfast was included however nothing special. Would have been nice to have warm dishes served.

Overall the experience was fine, just disappointing as we felt we experienced false advertising to a degree. The good: the staff was kind, attentive and courteous, checkin and check out were super easy and the facility was clean. But what is described and illustrated online is simply not what you get. For one, it’s not steps from the spa, it’s across a very busy interstate. Second it’s not made clear online, that once you enter the spa you cannot leave or come back even if you’re simply going to your room to grab something. We bought a full day pass with the intention of enjoying both the hotel and spa simultaneously as it was advertised possible online. Lastly, the rooms were average but nowhere near the level of comfort or luxury described online. We’re talking really decent drop ceilings and bandaid updates. Which is fine — but I wouldn’t have paid for one of the “upgraded” rooms if I knew that ultimately it was a typical room with a bath (no jets, spa products etc) in the middle of it. Additionally, for being associated with a spa - they didn’t even supply body lotion or good bath products in the bathroom.

One of our main goal is to make sure you are well welcome in our hotel! Regarding the room, I am sincerely sorry if you felt like it wasn't what you were expecting compared to the pictures. All Junior rooms really all looks the same so I am sorry if you maybe felt like it wasn't what you saw online... Regarding the spa, we are no longer associated with the Spa Finlandais since a couple of months. We do sells their products at the hotel but it is not included with any hotel reservation and we don't give them for free. I also want to apologize for your experience at the spa. Their policy is that thermal experiences passes are not ''In and out'' access unfortunately... At check in the receptionist provided explanation of the hotel breakfast times, etc in a low voice and so quickly as to be unintelligible. When advised she was not understood she advised my wife that perhaps she would understand better if she refrained from interrupting. My wife is fluent in French but somewhat hard of hearing. On another matter, the tub was badly cleaned and a soiled face cloth not picked up. We had stayed at this hotel the week before and had an excellent experience on that occasion. We will not be returning.

La chambre était en très bon état mais petite, avec la moitié de l’espace pour la douche, le bain et la toilette. Le déjeuner continental inclus était moyen. Le service était excellent.

I like this place overall. I had a great one night stay. Comfortable bed. Best spa across the street. Nice lady at breakfast Will be good to make safer passage between the hotel and the spa or some kind of indoor connection. That will be very convenient.

La chambre et l’hôtel étaient belles, sauf que le bain était sale à notre arrivée. Les employées à la réception avaient une attitude désagréable et n’étaient pas serviables, mais les employés sur les étages étaient très accueillants et gentils. De plus, il est difficile de savoir si le spa est oui ou non affilé avec l’hôtel, très difficile de faire une réservation. En bref, l’expérience était correct mais sans plus
