“Average Experience...”

It was o.k... not much on the breakfast table... heating/cooling unit not great - too noisy when it comes on... everyone at the hotel friendly...

“Delightful surprise”

Stayed there based on Expedia Traveler opinions, and expected it to be decent but small (as in Micro). It was probably the best hotel we stayed at during a 9-day trip. Marginal continental breakfast but extremely comfortable and clean room. Recommend.

Area recommendations

Hotel is located in commercial, working class neighborhood. Across street is Meijers, nearby is Walmart, regional mall, all chain restaurants. Close to Grosse Pointe.

Dining

To take away individual slices of awesome, deep dish pizza, visit Buscemis which is just south of 13 Mile on Gratiot.

“Good place to stay in Roseville, MI”

The breakfast room could have been larger and the breakfast selection could have had some other items; it was adquate for me but could have use more variety.

“Loved my stay, would for sure return to this hotel.”

It was a awesome stay, most definitely would return for another visit.

Area recommendations

Right across the street is one of the best resterants (Famous Dave's) most definitely would eat there. JC penny is right around the corner, Meijer is right down the street. We went there and got some food for the stay.

“Not very clean.”

The hallways and elevator were dirty there was a empty coke can in the elevator when we checked in and it was still there in the morning also the trash can in the hall way was overflowing and there was scrape paper on the floor. There were ants in the bathroom. Also we saw hair in the bathroom.

“Billing Issues”

1. The hotel billed me as well and it took them 3 business days to adjust that problem. 2. The cigrette smoke and chlorine were both overwhelming in the entire hotel.
