We spend 4 nights in August and we have only good things to say. Hotel stuff were friendly. Hotel have new and big rooms, not too far from train station. Wonderful for family while you can cook yourself breakfast or dinner. Shopping moll around is great and some good restaurants also. Air condition made some problems but overall rate is excellent . Very recommended by us.

Good location and facilities for few days in ParisPosted Aug 11, 2013
Location and facilities worked well for us in terms of access to Paris attractions and self catering. RER station and supermarket both within walking distance. Staff were extremely helpful. Beds a little firm but that is not unusual I find. Thanks for the good advice from a previous reviewer to take washing up liquid and a cloth!

nice new hotel, close to mall and metroPosted Aug 4, 2013
Pros: close to metro. close to city center via metro
Location: close to metro. close to a very large and new mall.
The room was large for a near Paris center location, clean and pleasant, with A/C climate control in the room which was great in the summer when it gets hot and humid. The neighborhood is so/so, however a nice new mall is very close by which is in the better section of the area I think. most people would likely go to the train station nearby about 15 minutes walk and explore Paris. There is a KFC across the street and Mcdonalds is also closeby. Transit: Most locals in the main train station would advise tourist to take the train stop to Rosny Bois to get to the hotel which in fact is incorrect, because it would lead you to one stop away from the hotel although the hotel is listed as Rosny Bois. believe me, Ive stayed at the hotel for almost a week and made that long trek to the hotel from the stop further first day. The correct stop on the Paris Metro is Rosny Premier (the stop before Rosny Bois) and get off that stop, walk across to the new and large mall and the hotel is on the left direction of that large new mall, about 10 minutes walk from the mall. This is an important tip! overall nice and comfortable. Reception can be hit or miss depending who is at the front door. Lucy who works there was sweet and nice and was helpful with my stay.

Ny stay in Rosny su BoisPosted Aug 2, 2013
Pros: Clean, secure and quiet.
Cons: The Trianon station was a long 30 min walk away.
Location: Close to shops but train a long walk. In newish district.
I found the staff very pleasant and again like other places I stayed in they were more than happy to let me keep the bicycle inside for security. The location was close to shops and and transport. Superb clean room and very quiet. Excellent value for money.

Need some workPosted Jul 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
We entered our room and it was not very clean. We knew we would be responsible for the room for the week and was not pleased to see hair on pillow, bed sheets, tub and sink (a lot of hair). The next day we met Lucy who works at the front desk. She was so nice and respectful. She had our room looked after ... What a wonderful job! It is too bad this was not done on our first day. Lucy was very helpful and very accommodating (the other lady not so much - borderline rude ... No manners). Lucy was a real gem. Top floor air conditioning had problems with door, but with window open it was not a concern. Overall a good stay. Location problematic if you like to stay up late. Subway stop on this line ends before Red line (just for your info). Shopping plaza with groceries and good restaurants nearby. Overall a good place to stay.

Bad Service!Posted Jul 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel it self was clean the day we arrive because it is a newly constructed. we stayed there 4 nights. the hotel keepers were there but our room was never cleaned in those days. they never provide us with shampoo until we ask for it. we asked for a sheet change one day because my son accidently spilled juice on the bed, they told us to pay 35 euros .... IMAGINE!. and the wonderful thing the days before our leave we asked for a wake up call TWICE and guess what ? we almost missed our flight.

The way it was......Posted Jul 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
The room had the odour of sprouts and it meant the bedroom window remained open most of the time, it was reported to the hotel but not resolved. At the time of staying only 1 lift was working resulting in long wait times.
