This is a small boutique hotel with an obscure entrance that requires some searching. Once inside it is nice but 4 stories with no elevator. The room was small but very nice and comfortable. Everything was new and well done. The breakfast was a nice buffet with many selections in an upscale restaurant attached to the hotel. The location is 1 block from Pushkinskaya, a very nice walking boulevard which is great for people watching and 1 block from the main street. Close to museum, central market, business district. Staff speaks English and are quite helpful.

We’ve stayed at many Russian hotels before and this one was by many means the best. The hotel was very clean and nice. The staff was extremely professional, helpful and willing to listen and immediately respond to our every request. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was very tasty and breakfast buffet had a nice selection of meals. I can’t even think of a single thing that went wrong during our stay. Everything was just perfect.
